I engaged Yvonne at the very last minute as my usual go to sitters were not available during my urgent upcoming work trip . Despite that, she was quick in response and followed up with all the right queries to ensure understanding of my needs. I have a special needs dog at the moment on top of an aging little senior JRT so Yvonne came by for a greet and meet in which she spent the time and effort going through all info to put me at ease as I have never engaged her before and had to leave my furry ones with extra needs in her care while I scoot off. She took extra care to keep me updated all the time and helped me around the household beyond my asking. My dogs enjoyed her company very much too and I highly recommend her for her dedication, effective communication and expertise to anyone looking for a responsible sitter.

Yvonne looked after our cats while we were overseas for CNY. We were initially worried about how our cats would cope with us being away as they are very skittish and timid. However, our mind was put at ease during the first meeting when both warmed to Yvonne quite quickly. Yvonne made sure to ask about their feeding and playing preferences etc so as not to disrupt their daily routine too much. While we were away, Yvonne kept me fully up to date and also sent over lots of great photos. Our cats didn’t seem to be fazed by the change at all and that can only be down to Yvonne being a fantastic cat sitter who kept them well fed and entertained. I returned home to two content cats and cat room was also clean and tidy. I definitely recommend Yvonne's services.
