"As someone who had to engage a pet sitter for the first time, I was anxious about leaving my cats with another caretaker. Thankfully, getting to know Faith eased my worries. When I first contacted Faith, she arranged a meet-and-greet, which I truly appreciated. She visited my flat to familiarise herself with my cats and their environment. Faith also reassured me by offering tips and advice on ensuring a smooth pet-sitting process while being flexible enough to accommodate my needs and requirements.
When it came to pet-sitting, Faith met my expectations. She took excellent care of the cats and their needs, providing up-to-date photographs and videos of them and their food bowls. She also interacted with my cats and left the flat clean. Her visits were regular and consistent around the same time, helping my cats adjust to the temporary routine. Although one of my cats was shy, Faith was patient and made efforts to ensure she ate and was comfortable.
Overall, my experience with Faith has been pleasant. I am confident about leaving my cats with her in the future and recommend her to anyone considering hiring a pet sitter for the first time. "I would call Zakwan a “cat whisperer “! My cat Dasha was immediately smitten with him! We were looking for a last minute cat sitter as our designated person declined at the last minute before our travel and Zak immediately volunteered to come to our home and take notes on the pet sitting. During the pet sitting he was meticulous, paying attention to details and even cleaned up some cat related items which was not in the checklist. My cat had a really great time with him and I think she actually misses him now so we booked Zak for every Friday to take care of Dasha 😍 We continue to keep booking Zak as he is the best cat sitter one can ask for! Thanks so much!"

"Am a first time user of Pawshake, and was very pleased to have found Winnie as our pet sitter for my 2 cats (Cosmo and Luna).
Cosmo has heart disease and requires multiple medication, twice daily at fixed timing. Winnie is conscientious and detailed-oriented. Asking questions that I may have missed and noting down important notes.
Communication with Winnie is a breeze, as she is prompt with her responses and updates.
Winnie arrives ahead of time to prep the medication so that it can be administered on time.
She is very patience with Cosmo, who requires a lot of coaxing to complete his medication when mixed into his meals. Beyond feeding and cleaning, Winnie also took effort to play with Cosmo and Luna. She managed to befriend and pet Luna who is very wary of strangers!
I love that she provides multiple photos and videos on top of the report card. Moreover, the photos and videos are very well taken!
Both Cosmo and Luna enjoyed her company and care. I would definitely engage Winnie again!"

"Nurul took excellent care of my two cats while I was away on holiday. She was responsible and thorough in her duties — cleaning the litter box, refilling food and water, and even helping to clean up after my cats when they vomited, making sure to wipe it off the carpet carefully. My cats are usually wary of strangers, but they seemed to take to her quickly, which says a lot about her calm and warm presence. She provided regular updates and always asked for permission before doing anything. I highly recommend entrusting your cats to Nurul — they’ll be in great hands!"

"I had such a great experience with Rafiya as my cat-sitter. She really looked out for Haku’s needs and made sure he was comfortable throughout. She also updated me regularly with pictures and videos because she knew how much we missed him, which gave us so much peace of mind.
Even when Haku was being unpredictable, she took the time to analyse his behaviour, talk it through with me, and patiently work around his moods. Her calm and thoughtful approach really stood out.
