"Angel is wonderful cat-sitter! She may be young but she's definitely very experienced with cats. My cat was well fed on time twice a day by Angel, who also provided constant and detailed updates. She is very attentive as she makes careful notes on the do's and don'ts during our first meet-up briefing. "As someone who had to engage a pet sitter for the first time, I was anxious about leaving my cats with another caretaker. Thankfully, getting to know Faith eased my worries. When I first contacted Faith, she arranged a meet-and-greet, which I truly appreciated. She visited my flat to familiarise herself with my cats and their environment. Faith also reassured me by offering tips and advice on ensuring a smooth pet-sitting process while being flexible enough to accommodate my needs and requirements.
When it came to pet-sitting, Faith met my expectations. She took excellent care of the cats and their needs, providing up-to-date photographs and videos of them and their food bowls. She also interacted with my cats and left the flat clean. Her visits were regular and consistent around the same time, helping my cats adjust to the temporary routine. Although one of my cats was shy, Faith was patient and made efforts to ensure she ate and was comfortable.
Overall, my experience with Faith has been pleasant. I am confident about leaving my cats with her in the future and recommend her to anyone considering hiring a pet sitter for the first time. Esther has been an absolute gem in taking care of our beloved cat Zelda while we were away in Spain! From the moment she started, she treated Zelda not just as a pet to look after, but as a cherished family member. Her dedication went above and beyond our expectations.
What really stands out about Esther is how she naturally integrated into our home routine, making Zelda feel completely comfortable and secure. She's incredibly attentive and seems to have a special way with cats - Zelda can be particular about her caretakers, but she took to Esther right away!
We received regular updates that put our minds at ease while we were abroad, and it was clear that Zelda was getting lots of attention, playtime, and cuddles. Coming home to a happy, well-cared-for cat made our return so much smoother.

"Nadia is such an amazing pet sitter. My family and I are very grateful for the care that she provided towards our Momo. My family and I decided on a pet sitter instead of a pet hotel as we wanted Momo to have space to roam around and not leave her in an unfamiliar place for days.
We were initially worried for the first 2 days as Momo can be difficult to deal with at times, and this is the first time we are leaving her for a holiday. But Nadia assured us that she is well taken care of. We got photo and video updates each visit, and Nadia communicates really well with me, which eases a lot of my worries. I felt confident that Momo was in good care for the rest of my trip.
Nadia was attentive towards Momo, despite her being unfriendly towards Nadia (sorry Nadia for her behaviour 😭). The house was also clean as Nadia helped to vacuum too.
I am highly recommending her to all of my friends and family. She is just simply amazing. Thank you Nadia so so so so much for the great care you have given Momo and the ease of mind to my family and I 🩷"

"Clara is simply the sweetest and most caring pet sitter you can ever meet.
Right from our first meet up, one of my two girl cats has already warmed up to her. Clara took down notes as we explained and we felt very comfortable with her. However, we were also worried to leave them at home because they have never been with a cat sitter before.
But Clara really did an awesome job. She provided daily updates through pictures and videos even though some of the time I could not reply to her immediately. My wife and I would look through those videos at the end of the day because we really missed them and it felt really good knowing that my two cats enjoyed her company as she played and cared for them.
On the day of our arrival back, Clara did the sweetest thing of cleaning up the house and ensured that my house was rid of their fur, knowing that we will be tired from the flight. We felt so relieved and grateful to see that our cats were happy and well, and that also our house was kept tidy at the time when we returned home. We truly appreciate the things that Clara did for our cats and our home. Thanks Clara, for loving our cats as much as we do during our absence :) "

"Winnie has been a wonderful help during our time away from our kitties for a family vacation. She took care of them so well, paying attention to their needs and reporting detailed information everyday during her visits. We felt so at ease and thankful. We stayed well connected and she was able to even respond fast and well to ad hoc incidents when we need her help during her visits such as when our robo cleaner got stuck to remove a barrier on the floor 😅 She spent good time with the kitties to play with them and also respond to them accordingly whenever they are in good mood or wants alone time.
Very attentive and caring for the kitties 🐈⬛ even our Kitty Autumn who’s very picky with people, extremely shy and never comes out with stranger cuz she doesn’t feel safe, took a liking to Winnie eventually to even walk around her at ease. Our third street rescued kitty Amber who’s the most aloof out of the 3, is even willing to come out of her box to view Winnie’s presence in the house as she goes about doing the chores. Winnie took time to observe, communicate and play with the kitties. We are very impressed by the quality of her service! We will absolutely want Winnie to pet sit for us so long as she’s available for us ❤️ next time whenever we are going on vacation away from home 🥰 thank you so much Winnie!"
