They even created a group chat and kept updating me about everything his morning, day, and night walks, his eating time, his playtime, and how he was doing throughout the day.

"Siva & her family are more than wonderful, pet-loving people. My 17 year old papilon , Terrie,was feeling bad with eye infection and weak just the day before we left for a family holidays. It was just a blessing that we came across Siva through Pawshake because we knew through experience that those commercial pet- homes are just not right for Terrie. My first tele conversation with Siva already gave me that confidence that we have got a solution to not only house but to nurse our papilon while she wad still sick. Her home environment is great for pet dogs . Not only Siva was involved in caring for my pet but her family were also involved as they too have a pet dog that they really love.
They took and followed instruction well as Terrie was on medication for her eye. While we were away, Siva never fail to update us on the well- being of our sick Terrie. Each time she assured us that Terrie was improving and even started eating and drinking well again. It gave us much comfort .
When I returned to pick up Terrie 6 days later, she don’t seem keen to follow us home- it never happen before.
Siva, I want to let you know here that the past few days back home, Terrie has became active again, with good appetite and good spirit. I want to thank you and your family for your excellent care and service given. I will surely recommend you to all my friends that require such services for their pet.

"We had superb experience with Jessie from the time of our meet-up until the completion of my dog's boarding. During our meet-up, she took time to share her view of how my anxious dog would deal with other dogs and everything was spot on. We've seen with our own eyes how our dog managed --- as Jessie had predicted. Because of this positive experience, we knew that KB would be in good hands with Jessie and Sue. KB's stay was indeed a big improvement from her last boarding in another place. We believe she learned a lot from this recent stay --- thanks to Jessie and Sue for adjusting to KB's anxiety, doing their best to get KB to adjust well. "Yazhi and her family took good care of mooncake while we were away. Mooncake felt comfortable with them since the 1st meet and greet. During their care, she was happy, she made friends and she behaved her true self like she was with us. Yazhi prepared for mooncake's stay and also, gave us daily updates of her wellbeing. "This is my first time using dog boarding and for my puppy Cookie, it was her first time to be away from home and my family. I am deeply grateful to Roxanne, her family and helper to care for and play with Cookie during my family’s overseas travel. The daily photos of Cookie being so happy and relaxed ease our hearts! We could be less guilty and enjoy our family trip! :) We came home to a joyful Cookie who now has another loving family to look forward to stay with when we have future family travels. "Highly recommended! This was my first time booking with Dawn, and I chose her because of her vet tech experience, which really came in handy as she was savvy with my dog’s medical needs. Dawn was a 100% great communicator, she was frequent and regular with her updates, I never had to worry about my dog because of that. She was also very patient with my long list of notes regarding the quirks and preferences of my dog, and was always conscientious in making sure she understands them well. She responds really quickly as well on WhatsApp, which is key for me as I wanted to know that I can easily reach the person who’s taking care of my dog. I could also see my dog enjoying his stay at Dawn’s which was a relief for me! Overall, a very satisfied experience, highly recommended. "
