"Lynette is a wonderful pet sitter! She came over to our house the day before the sit to get to know the cats and where things are kept. During our time away Lynette kept us very well informed of our cats' welfare, through messages, photos and reports on this app, and she really got to know our cats' personalities in a short amount of time. "Katie (Shi Ying) is very responsive on Pawshake and has been a delight to communicate and work with. I only started my sitter search 3 days before I needed her and she replied fast and was able to accomodate my timing for a meet and greet.
She took very good care of my cats, playing with my affectionate and needy cat a lot and also took the time and effort to draw out my shy cat, to play with him and to get him to eat.
I truly appreciate her efforts and will be happy to book her again the next time I need a sitter.

"Repeat cat sitting with Raymond and our two girls were right at home with Raymond!
Appreciate that Raymond can still continue to take care of our girls even after we shifted to town location.
He also helped clean up broken glass har mess created by one of our cat digging for snack, and took extra effirt that day for a second visit just to make sure the girls are are well.. Definitely our first choice cat sitter when we are away!! "

"We used to send our cats for boarding when we were away. After 3+ years of not travelling due to Covid, we were worried that our 2 cats won’t be used to being in a foreign environment, plus we were going away for around 2 weeks and thus decided to try out a cat sitter instead.
We engaged Sophia to come by twice a day to care for our cats. She was highly responsive from the get-go. She had a specific time schedule listed on her profile so we texted to ask if she could accommodate our needs and she replied fast on all the dates that she needed to be earlier/later than usual.
What we really appreciate about Sophia is her clear and detailed communication as well as her patience and care for our cats. We were also glad for the many pictures and videos she sent to us in her updates.
She was very patient with our scaredy cat and he trusted her enough to ask for pets and love after around 4 days.
Our second cat tends to over-lick when anxious and he stopped doing that after a few days. By the time we came back, new fur had started growing over the initial over-licked and bare patches. This really shows how comfortable my cats were with Sophia!
We are very satisfied with Sophia and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a cat sitter! We can confidently travel more now that we found someone that we trust with our home and our cats =D

"A very kind and patient sitter. He helped to clean my cats eyes and provided much needed company when i went for holiday. He also brought over his companion cat which did provide entertainment for my cat. Also i have sent my cat for full grooming with him and am very satisfied with the results. "Rene helped take care of our two cats when we were overseas for a week. During her sitting, she constantly sent updates (including lots of photos and videos) and knew what needed to be alerted to us. We had some special requests for our cats, and she followed the instructions we gave her closely. She was aso able to make spontaneous decisions to meet our cats’ needs during the sitting. We definitely felt like our cats were in good hands with Rene while we were away. "Ringo did an incredible job taking care of my 2 cats for 10 days. It is the longest I have left them with a catsitter, and I was definitely anxious. However, my cats loved Ringo and would look forward to her coming by. She sent photos and videos during each visit, and even got my unfriendly cat to let her pick him up. On each visit, Ringo fed my cats raw diet and kibbles, cleared their litter boxes, and played with them. She was creative in her games with them, and they were clearly happy under her care. My cats were (still) fat and happy when I returned, and I would not hesitate to ask Ringo to take care of them again. Ringo also kindly helped me with little requests to care for my home. She is truly an amazing catsitter."
