"This is my second time returning to Juairi for dog walking services since the very personable first experience a week ago. I am really thankful for Juairi’s service & accommodation even this was such a last minute request on my part.
It was nice that Juairi asked if it’s okay that he brought his dog along too. I could tell from the many photos and videos shared, that my puppy and his dog had such a great time together as they played and walked. The care that Juairi took was felt by our family, and certainly our puppy. Can’t thank Juairi enough! "

"During the meet and greet session with Jill for the first time, she made sure that the dogs were well acquainted and eased them in. Her understanding of the dog’s behaviourism was so good it was as though she is the owner!
Jill’s home environment is really nice and comfortable. Buddy could also play in her porch!
Mentioned to Jill that I would prefer updates of my dog as much as possible. She would send us photos and videos!
Jill proactively asked us questions about our dog and his habits. She was also willing to accommodate his meal times and diet. Jill ensured that Buddy was always with someone so that he is never alone.
When Buddy vomited, Jill immediately alerted us and also helped change his diet to ease his discomfort.
Overall experience is really great and we will definitely go back to her for boarding and dog walking. We entrust her fully with Buddy! Buddy was flat out by the time he got home 😂"

Xiu Qing even went the extra mile by arranging a pre-meet to familiarize herself with my dogs. Throughout the three days of dog walking, her engagement was excellent, and I felt completely at ease leaving my dogs in her care. I'll undoubtedly be booking her services again."
