We had such a wonderful experience with Jeremy & Lynn, and we couldn’t be happier with the care they provided for our golden retriever, Ergou! From the very beginning, they were incredibly friendly, responsive, and professional, which gave us great peace of mind. Ergou is usually quite attached to us, but he absolutely loved staying with them. It was clear that Jeremy & Lynn treated him like their own dog — with so much patience, attention, and genuine affection. They kept us updated throughout the day with messages and photos, which we really appreciated. Seeing Ergou so relaxed, happy, and well cared for made us feel completely at ease. What impressed us the most was how comfortable Ergou became in their home. When it was time to pick him up, he honestly didn’t even seem like he wanted to leave — which says everything! It’s rare to find caregivers who can make a dog feel that safe and loved in such a short time. Their home environment is also very clean, safe, and dog-friendly, and you can tell they have lots of experience handling dogs. Whether it’s for daycare or boarding, they go above and beyond to ensure every dog is happy and well looked after. We are extremely grateful to have found Jeremy & Lynn, and we will definitely continue to choose them in the future — for both daycare and boarding.
