I chose Jiaying to do housesitting for my 2 cats during my 1 week holiday. And it was the best decision I have made for my cats. She did a meet and greet to meet me and the cats first. She’s a friendly girl and I can see that she loves cats. One of my cats immediately warmed up to her which was heartwarming. She followed my instructions on taking care of the cats and gives me ample updates (photos and videos) during my trip. She also helps to take care of my home. She kept the house neat and tidy while taking care of the cats. The cats adore her. How do I know? The cats slept with her at nights, either on the bed with her or just being in the same room as her. I would highly recommend her for any cat sitting or house sitting of your pets! Thank you Jiaying for helping me look after my Myo and Simba. I had an amazing experience with Ai Tong as my cat sitter. She is truly a person with a kind heart and a deep understanding of cats. My cat Tiger has always been very shy and afraid of strangers, but slowly, he started to see her as a member of our home. That meant so much to me. Every day, she updated me with several photos and videos, showing me that Tiger had eaten, played, and was doing well. She kept my home extremely clean — she vacuumed, changed the litter, refreshed the water, and even helped water my plants. One thing that really touched me was when she found a bouquet of fresh flowers at my home. Instead of throwing it away, she turned it into dried flowers because she felt it was too precious to waste. That gesture meant a lot to me. She also noticed the ant problem in my kitchen, something I’ve been very stressed about, and she even brought over some ant repellent from her own home to help me solve it. She didn’t have to do that, but she did — because she genuinely cares. As a cat owner herself with two adopted cats, she is extremely knowledgeable about cat behavior. She even recommended healthier food and treats for Tiger, and taught me a few useful tips. When I walked through my door after my trip, the whole home felt clean, peaceful, and well taken care of. Thanks to Ai Tong, I was finally able to travel peacefully after many years of being afraid to leave my cat behind. She is responsible, caring, trustworthy, and absolutely wonderful with pets.
