We couldn’t be happier with the care Amy and Jan provided while looking after our girl and our home. From the outset, their communication was excellent. We received regular updates and lovely photos, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. It was clear from the updates (and from our girl’s happy demeanor when we returned) that they were genuinely attentive, patient, and great with dogs. They were also exemplary house sitters: the house was immaculate on our return and clearly treated with care and respect. Amy and Jan are reliable, thoughtful, and clearly take pride in doing a fantastic job. It was our first time using Pawshake, so we were quite nervous but Emily completely put us at ease. She took such wonderful care of both our dog and cat. Our dog usually struggles with separation anxiety when we leave, but he didn’t cry or whine at all in her care. She kept us updated with regular photos and videos, which we really appreciated, and it was clear our pets were happy and comfortable. Emily is honest, meticulous, and incredibly warm. She also left our home clean and tidy, which we’re so grateful for. We would 100% book her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter.
