Dean is a professional pet sitter, always sending us updates. He completed all tasks daily, ensuring our pet is feeling comfortable at home with him. She took the time and effort to engage our shy cat and he warmed up enough by day 3 morning and did not hide when she came by (he usually takes 5 days to warm up).
