"Thank you Farah for taking care of Ginger my 16 years old golden retriever and my 5 years old border collie Lily. I could go for my vacation without any worry. Thank you for taking my golden for her walks on her wheelchair. Thank you for giving her cuddle time even if it was midnight and staying by side till she fell asleep. I know it was tough to look after a 16 years old big dog with an open wound injury and needs help with everything. You truly are a gem. I appreciative your patience with them. Thank for playing and loving my border collie. You are a fast learner and got the hang of how to look after my dogs fast even with such a tough routine for my 16 year old. "

"My 2 cats can be a bit temperamental when being fed by new people but Taz & Gizmo took to her quickly. Jaime is a great cat sitter and super friendly. She kept me up to date with photos of them eating and of them playing after each visit, which was great. She was also super helpful when the power went out and asked her to check my electrics and she went above and beyond!! Would highly recommend Jaime, we'll definitely book her again in the future!"

"Whenever we need a dog walker/sitter we immediately think of Alden. Each time he has been consistent, considerate, and super communicative. Our dog also LOVES Alden. We can see from his updates that she is happy and safe in his care. Alden also makes the effort to take note of any new routines, changes, and instructions we give him and he follows through very competently. We have really appreciated having Alden care for our dog whether it’s a quick walk and feed while we’re busy with work or unable to get home in time to when we’re away on holiday - Alden has been reliable in any situation."

"Duang is excellent. Recently I had a business trip and I got Duang to manage all the medications etc for my 17-year-old dong. He needs a few meds every day and getting them into him is not easy. On one of the nights, whilst I was away, Wang fell sick and I messaged Duang if she could go and get some meds into him. She woke up and rushed to our place and looked after Wang Wang and stayed with him for a long time. When I called her she said, " He will be better before you are back." And that built my trust and faith in her. She is going to be a great vet who understands the importance of not just treatment but also care ."
