"Ying Wai was a god-send to my four cats while I was away. He has 3 cats so he knew what to do. Mostly a matter of getting used to my cat’s preferences. He’s polite, efficient, friendly and professional. Best of all he lives near me! I will definitely recommend anyone who requires a cat sitter! "

"Ai Tong has been such a great help to us during our recent trip! I was already sold from the meet-and-greet session — my dogs, who can be a little too friendly at times, didn’t intimidate her one bit. She stayed calm, took notes on what to do and look out for, and even asked thoughtful questions to make sure she understood everything from our sharing.
Since it was our first time engaging external help for their meals, we started with breakfast visits while we were away. Every morning, she updated us on how the dogs were doing. When they messed up the pee pad area, she cleaned it up nicely and left the space spotless. The dogs clearly enjoyed her company too — you can tell they felt comfortable and happy around her.
We’ll definitely recommend her service, and she’ll be our go-to again the next time we travel!

"Dione exhibited genuine concerns right at the start even before the decision to engage her was made. She asked relevant questions that turned out to be of great help in preparation of the checklists on the caregiving. Dione paid attention to every details that was given to her. "Alex is a fantastic, attentive, and caring doggie sitter/companion to my 2 huskies during my 6-day presence. She texted me regularly to update me on their status, especially their appetite. Clearly, they didn't miss me and still ate like a bull. Photos and a video were also attached to her update to give me peace of mind. I also appreciate the fact that she took them out for a walk; which she didn't have to. Lastly, I am heartened that she took note of the rusty leash on one of my huskies as well as a rusty pole near the feeding area. Overall, I am very happy with her service and will not hesitate to engage her to doggie-sit my huskies again when the need arises again. Thank you. "
