"I went on my holiday with complete peace of mind knowing my 2 boys were in Sherri’s care. She is a warm, friendly, and genuinely caring person who truly understands cats. She followed all my instructions carefully and even went the extra mile for my super introverted cat. She tried different approaches, like stepping out for a walk to give him privacy so he would feel comfortable enough to eat. She also helped to water my plants. "It was a pleasure engaging Clement to care for our cat during our 1 week vacation.
All communication was clear, flexible, and prompt before the period, including the meet-and-greet and care instructions. Clement bonded instantly with the cat.

"Wen Hao has been a great help in taking care for my dog. He will provide constant update to put our mind at ease and I can see that my dog is very happy with him. He even went through extra miles to help us with some miscellaneous stuffs that he feel will be more conducive for my dog, since we will be away for long. As my dog is getting old in age, he will tends to be a little slow and Wen hao is very patient with him. Appreciate greatly!"
