"Ruby has become our designated cat sitter. She is the only one who can handle our cats. One of our cats is a feisty and territorial beast. We received reports of hissing and swiping, which resulted in several sitters quitting on us. Ruby has a very good understanding of cat behaviors. "We engaged Fely's cat sitting services for 5 days. This was our first time engaging such services for our cats, Coco and Oreo, so we were pretty nervous how they would take to it and if there was anything we needed to arrange for but Fely was very reassuring and asked all the necessary questions (i.e. what to feed, how much, where to place their food bowls, where to dispose of leftover food waste etc) so she would know how to handle the cats while we were away.
While we were away, Fely kept us updated with pictures and videos everytime she came to see the cats and always stayed long enough so the cats wouldn't be lonely.
When we came back, we expected the cats to be extra sticky but were glad to see they seemed like their usual selves. We will definitely engage her services again in the future! "

"We cannot recommend Eileen enough as a cat sitter! She went above and beyond in taking care of our kitten, Pepper, while we were away for business for 6 days. Pepper required medications twice a day, and Eileen handled the task with such precision and care—it was clear she was attentive to every detail with daily reports, photos and videos. Not only did she take excellent care of Pepper, but she also did things beyond the expected scope of her duties, like vacuuming the floor for us. As a special touch, she even bought gift for Pepper. "Bam is such a responsible cat sitter. It’s my first time to have a cat sitter to take care of my 2 cats while I was traveling. Bam was so responsive to my requests. After sending a request in pawshake, she immediately contacted me and scheduled an informal meet with me. This really impressed me and showed me her enthusiasm at this request. We had a very great talk with each other during the informal meet and shared a lot about being cat mama. During the visits to my home, she always sent me updates about my cats every visit, which again gained my trusts in her. In addition to feeding and cat littering, she also spent a great deal of time playing with my cats. She also shared a lot of her experiences in terms of medical knowledge and also did researches herself about the medical conditions of my cats. She is even more experienced than me as an owner. So lucky to have Bam as my kitty companion while I was away."
