"Charlotte went for the extra mile for Pidan and took very good care of him for me while I am away at holiday. She ensure that I have a peace of mind while I am away. "I went on my holiday with complete peace of mind knowing my 2 boys were in Sherri’s care. She is a warm, friendly, and genuinely caring person who truly understands cats. She followed all my instructions carefully and even went the extra mile for my super introverted cat. She tried different approaches, like stepping out for a walk to give him privacy so he would feel comfortable enough to eat. She also helped to water my plants.
