"Lucky to have Siriporn to take care of our cat during our trip. She came over to visit before we even confirmed the booking to make sure our cat is comfortable with her. "Zhi Quan and Zi Huan did a great job ensuring that my 3 cats were cared for well while we were away for 2 weeks. They sent lots of pictures and videos as well as updates on their behaviours. Really eased our worries on how the cats are doing. They showered them with lots of love while they adjusted to their new temporary routine. We will definitely be happy to engage them again!"

"Yukiko-san was a wonderful and caring cat sitter, she took care my cat with kindness, I see she even brushed the cat (we did not tell her to do so, but she saw the cat has a lot of fur fall and send me a message to check before doing that), she tried different ways to play with the cat and encouraged her to exercise. The most important thing is Yukiko-san is very punctual which is important for me, I want my cat to feel so hungry. I definitely book her again next time. Thank you so much, Yukiko-san. "

"Sippy, Simba and I are so extremely fortunate to have Val help out during my overseas trip. From the start she was great to communicate with, and already from the first meeting the kitties warmed to her. It only got better during the time she looked after them, and her warmth and care was evident. She managed the cats’ different diets, timing and quirks with no fuss and with lots of patience. She administered medicine (injections and transdermal) as well. She’s a star and we are so grateful!!!"

"Had to make a last minute booking and Edvarcl was very accommodating. Offered to treat him to a meal as a thank you, but he actually refused as he didn’t want to leave Ollie alone, which I really appreciated. Saw how he conducts his walks as well, and he was very alert and careful. He also alerted me that Ollie’s poops have been a bit concerning — again, above and beyond. Ollie seems to really like him, and it’s clear Ed treats him like his own. Ollie has run of the whole house, so I know he’ll have as much attention as he wants.
I was quite lucky that Ed was able to accommodate me at the last minute. He really does only look after one pet at a time (or at most, multiple pets but from the same owner), so I’d recommend booking early if you can to secure your dates. Overall, I think it’s great value and still much preferred to sitters who handle multiple pets."

"Pamela was great and wonderful during the four days she cared for my dog, both mornings and evenings. My dog absolutely adores her. She kept me updated regularly and even shared videos of his daily routines. At first he barked at her when she arrived, but after she gave him some treats and took him on walks, he quickly warmed up to her and they became good friends. "

"Having Hykell over to care for our 2 pets while we were travelling was a great experience for us.
Although it was his first time on Pawshake he was superb!
He made us feel comfortable when we met with him before our travel and it was reassuring to know that Hykell understands Cats and their behaviour well since he has more than a few of his own : )
While we were away travelling Hykell would share multiple videos, pictures, also got into difficult spots where our cats hide while video-calling us which helped us be at peace knowing that they were doing fine.
During one of his visits, our cat had messed up the area outside the littler box.
Hykell was kind enough to clean up the whole space. He did beyond what was expected of him. He was thoughtful to water our plants and cleaned up our entire home so we could arrive at a clean house. All this without us asking for it.
Would love to get Hykell to sit our cats again in the future and highly recommend his services to others so they can have an equally good experience.
