"Truly a lifesaver. I'd vetted through profiles from Pawshake and Petbacker (which was confusing to me). I also had a flight in 2 days and couldn't find someone reliable that fit our profile - thank god Pat was available.
As it was our first time engaging a pet sitter, she was super accommodating and understanding, and arranged for a meet and greet the night before. We went through the kitties' quirks and feeding schedules, and she took careful notes on what her sequence should be like when she comes over too.
My favourite part was getting pic and vid updates on their food, poop and also super cute pics of the kitties. We could tell they were well taken care of and in good hands, as the kitties were always posing for their pics w bellies up for her hahaha.
One thing to commend on was her genuine concern for the cats. As one of our cats has a heart condition, Pat stayed around and made sure she ate, despite Mira being fussy with food, and her having to wait around a bit more for her food to defrost.
When we came back, the kitties were calm and chill. No separation anxieties or behaviours out of the norm. I attributed that largely to her calming and loving presence w the kitties. Thank you Pat for looking after them like they're your own <3

"Cher is an experienced petsitter, and it shows, from the way she read all my notes upfront, approached my cat and quickly gained her trust! She could read her body language and knew how to interact, and I could tell my cat was comfortable around her. Communication was great and proactive and I could completely relax in my trip. Would definitely recommend! "

"Bhavya looked after my two cats while I was travelling, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better petsitter. She was incredibly prompt with communication from the start and consistently shared thoughtful photos and videos that gave me complete peace of mind. It was clear she genuinely cared and was paying close attention to how my cats were doing.
What I really appreciated was how invested Bhavya was in their happiness. She made sure they had plenty of playtime, kept them well groomed, fed them food and wheatgrass, and took the time to engage with them so they felt comfortable and relaxed. On rainy days, she spent extra time to make sure my cats were comforted during loud thunders.
When I came home, the litter boxes were clean, both of my cats were calm, happy, and their appetites were definitely much better.
I would absolutely book her when I travel again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and genuinely attentive pet sitter."

"Zhi Quan and Zi Huan did a great job ensuring that my 3 cats were cared for well while we were away for 2 weeks. They sent lots of pictures and videos as well as updates on their behaviours. Really eased our worries on how the cats are doing. They showered them with lots of love while they adjusted to their new temporary routine. We will definitely be happy to engage them again!"

"Yukiko-san was a wonderful and caring cat sitter, she took care my cat with kindness, I see she even brushed the cat (we did not tell her to do so, but she saw the cat has a lot of fur fall and send me a message to check before doing that), she tried different ways to play with the cat and encouraged her to exercise. The most important thing is Yukiko-san is very punctual which is important for me, I want my cat to feel so hungry. I definitely book her again next time. Thank you so much, Yukiko-san. "

She kept me updated regularly and even shared videos of his daily routines.
