"Without Desiree, my trip would not have been possible. I knew after meeting her that she was someone I could trust, not just with my cat but also with my home. She read the notes I prepared ahead of time and listened attentively to my needs and concerns, and even took down her own notes.
While on my trip she took great care of my cat, quickly earning her trust and love, and also sent me many messages and photos which helped me rest easy the whole week. I was very worried at first but as every day passed, Desiree helped to comfort both my cat and me and before I knew it, it was time to go home. I can tell she really loves animals and my cat took quickly took a liking to her as well. Would definitely engage her again and highly recommend her to anyone!"

"Ai Tong has been such a great help to us during our recent trip! I was already sold from the meet-and-greet session — my dogs, who can be a little too friendly at times, didn’t intimidate her one bit. She stayed calm, took notes on what to do and look out for, and even asked thoughtful questions to make sure she understood everything from our sharing.
Since it was our first time engaging external help for their meals, we started with breakfast visits while we were away. Every morning, she updated us on how the dogs were doing. When they messed up the pee pad area, she cleaned it up nicely and left the space spotless. The dogs clearly enjoyed her company too — you can tell they felt comfortable and happy around her.
We’ll definitely recommend her service, and she’ll be our go-to again the next time we travel!

"I had a great experience with Lydia as my cat sitter and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for reliable pet care. She took care of my two cats while I was away, and it was clear from the start that she genuinely cares about animals.

"Had to make a last minute booking and Edvarcl was very accommodating. Offered to treat him to a meal as a thank you, but he actually refused as he didn’t want to leave Ollie alone, which I really appreciated. Saw how he conducts his walks as well, and he was very alert and careful. He also alerted me that Ollie’s poops have been a bit concerning — again, above and beyond. Ollie seems to really like him, and it’s clear Ed treats him like his own. Ollie has run of the whole house, so I know he’ll have as much attention as he wants.
I was quite lucky that Ed was able to accommodate me at the last minute. He really does only look after one pet at a time (or at most, multiple pets but from the same owner), so I’d recommend booking early if you can to secure your dates. Overall, I think it’s great value and still much preferred to sitters who handle multiple pets."

"Isabel came over for a meet and greet in advance, so that I could explain instructions in person and get to know her. During the week, she kept me updated with photos of my dogs during her visits and arrival/departure times, which was very helpful. She brought toys for my dog to play with as well. Will book again!"
