She is responsible and attentive — she updated with detailed messages about my cats’ conditions and routines, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. She also shared videos of her playing with them, and it was clear they were relaxed and happy in her care. I could tell my cats were well looked after, both physically and emotionally. "Amy has helped us take care of our two cats during our overseas travel in past few days. She did a great job during the visits and both our two cats quite like her.
We would receive a lot of photos and videos regarding the updates on her each visit. Also she cleaned the areas around the cat litter boxes and watered our plants. Highly recommended pet sitter. Thank you so much, Amy!"

"Hannah was wonderful with my cats from the very beginning. I still remember how sweet it was when she greeted me in Japanese in our first conversation — it was such a small thing, but it really made me smile.
She was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and caring, and I could immediately tell that my cats were in good hands. She kept me updated while I was away, and seeing how happy and relaxed my cats looked made me feel completely at ease.
By the end of her visits, it was clear that my cats had really fallen in love with her too! They seemed to enjoy every moment with her. I would absolutely ask her to take care of my cats again — and I’m sure my cats are already looking forward to seeing her again! 🐈❤️"

"Nina is a perfect dog and house sitter. She just finished up an extended house / dog sitting stay at my landed house. She gave regular updates and photos of the dogs, just enough to know they were safe and taken care of, but not too many to be overbearing. I have 2 older, but still medium energy, big dogs and she had no problems with their walks (twice a day) and meds. She is also very flexible with scheduling.
I felt completely comfortable with her in my house. She even asked before bringing a friend over for a movie night (which of course was a yes).
I arrived home after nearly two weeks to a completely clean, well kept house and two happy, healthy dogs (and plants).
My only hesitation recommending Nina is that she might be busy with another client next time I need to travel. :) I will 100% be reaching out to her again.

"It has been a relief to meet Jay and Phoebe for this pet sitting. While we went for holidays, they have been incredibly helpful with our little bird, keeping us updated during each of their visits in our place. We could feel how much they cared about our pet, and went for the extra mile. Our bird was in great shape when we came back.
Hands down, the best pet sitters we had in River Valley.

"XC was amazing and kept us constantly updated, which gave us great peace of mind. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our cats. One of them required medication, and XC did an excellent job handling it — not an easy task, as the cat can be quite challenging. He was incredibly patient and creative in finding ways to make it work. We truly appreciated his care, dedication, and problem-solving approach."

"Jennie took such wonderful care of my pets and treated them with genuine love. She visited my home for five days to care for my Labrador and cat, and even before starting the job, she made an effort to thoroughly understand all the necessary details through a preliminary visit. During her time with my pets, she was incredibly attentive, going above and beyond to consider things I hadn't even mentioned. She was always punctual and never missed a visit. Whenever she noticed anything unusual with my pets, she immediately contacted me and handled the situation with great care. After each visit, she updated me via WhatsApp with photos, videos, and detailed reports on their well-being. When I returned from my trip, my pets were not only happy and healthy but even seemed better than when I was home—LOL! "So lucky to have found Vevien, who is passionate about animals and caring for our cats. She is professional, experienced (as she has adorable cats of her own) and enthusiastic.
She took care of our cats for 2 weeks and made sure we received a daily update incl. pictures, which was very comforting.
Our cats are quite the wanderers (often visit our neighbours patios) and Vevien was friendly and communicated with our neighbours so they didn't feel bothered by our cats.

"Chewy was having one of her difficult mornings. She gets hind leg stiffness on some morning since her injury. That day, she needed a little extra patience and care when Andi was around.
Andi handled it beautifully. She was calm and laid close attention to chewy. She fed, took on a walk and cleaned up.
