"From the very beginning, communication with Sze Ping was smooth and easy.
I was a bit nervous about hiring a pet sitter as it was the first time (when we were living in Belgium, our friends used to take care of our cats).
Sze Ping visited our place before we left for holidays, so that we could show him around and introduce him to our kitties. It also made me more comfortable to meet him in person as I could see that he was very reliable and a cat lover.
He took good care of them while we were away, sending me pictures every day... It was great to know that my cats were in good hands while we were so far away for so long!
I definitely recommend him as a sitter for your pets and will definitely contact him again for our next holidays!"

"We recently went away for 9 days and booked two home visits per day for our 11 year old cat Mozart who needs daily medication. Being our first time using an in-home cat sitting service, we were initially nervous, however we soon realised Mozart was in very good hands. Mins communication was excellent throughout and the daily updates, pictures and videos she sent gave us much peace of mind. It was lovely to see Mozart so happy and relaxed at home and enjoying his time with Min. I can highly recommend Min from Sayang Pets, and we will certainly be using her services again."

"Hannah was wonderful with my cats from the very beginning. I still remember how sweet it was when she greeted me in Japanese in our first conversation — it was such a small thing, but it really made me smile.
She was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and caring, and I could immediately tell that my cats were in good hands. She kept me updated while I was away, and seeing how happy and relaxed my cats looked made me feel completely at ease.
By the end of her visits, it was clear that my cats had really fallen in love with her too! They seemed to enjoy every moment with her. I would absolutely ask her to take care of my cats again — and I’m sure my cats are already looking forward to seeing her again! 🐈❤️"

"It has been a relief to meet Jay and Phoebe for this pet sitting. While we went for holidays, they have been incredibly helpful with our little bird, keeping us updated during each of their visits in our place. "XC was amazing and kept us constantly updated, which gave us great peace of mind. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our cats. One of them required medication, and XC did an excellent job handling it — not an easy task, as the cat can be quite challenging. "I engaged Lynn to take care of my two doggies (one senior toy poodle of 12 years and one maltipoo of 3 years old) for two days. Lynn is incredibly attentive and showed great care and dedication in looking after my dogs. She followed all my instructions meticulously, ensuring both dogs were well-fed, comfortable, and happy.
Lynn's communication was excellent; she provided regular updates and photos, which gave me peace of mind knowing my fur babies were in good hands. She was also very gentle and patient with my senior poodle, understanding the extra care needed due to his age.
I highly recommend Lynn for her professionalism, compassion, and reliability. She truly went above and beyond to make sure my dogs were well-cared for. In her recent visit, she took a video of how my dogs were excited to see her came. The reaction from my dogs definitely proves that she took really good care of them and they loves her a lot. "Jennie took such wonderful care of my pets and treated them with genuine love. She visited my home for five days to care for my Labrador and cat, and even before starting the job, she made an effort to thoroughly understand all the necessary details through a preliminary visit. During her time with my pets, she was incredibly attentive, going above and beyond to consider things I hadn't even mentioned. She was always punctual and never missed a visit. Whenever she noticed anything unusual with my pets, she immediately contacted me and handled the situation with great care. After each visit, she updated me via WhatsApp with photos, videos, and detailed reports on their well-being. When I returned from my trip, my pets were not only happy and healthy but even seemed better than when I was home—LOL! She has an eye for even the smallest detail and is very thorough with following their regiment She kept up with the requested timing meticulously. "Chewy was having one of her difficult mornings. She gets hind leg stiffness on some morning since her injury. That day, she needed a little extra patience and care when Andi was around.
Andi handled it beautifully. She was calm and laid close attention to chewy. She fed, took on a walk and cleaned up.
