"Fantastic cat sitter service from Jolene. If you need a cat sitter to take care of your fur babies, service is unbeatable. She really knows and understand cats and their behaviour. We have 2 cats and both of them warmed to her very easily.
One of our cat is very anxious and skittish around strangers so Jolene had to work with him but she handled it exceptionally well.
We feed our cats very specific diet that is mix of specific portion of wet food and dry food, Jolene followed the strict diet exactly to our specifications.
One of the great things about Jolene is communication, she would send us our cat photos and videos at every visit so that we could see with our own eyes how well they were doing.
We highly recommend her and will be hiring her again.

"I engaged Willy for 2 house visits on the evening of 17th January and the morning of 18th January to care for my dog, Junior. Junior is very antisocial and wary of strangers, but Willy was extremely patient and took the time to wait for my dawg to warm up to him.
I really appreciated Willy’s detailed updates and how carefully he followed the instructions I provided. As he is more used to walking dogs with canvas leashes, he was very receptive to my tips on handling Junior’s retractable leash. He was also gentle during playtime and mindful of Junior’s old age and condition.
Junior quickly became comfortable with Willy, which gave me great peace of mind. I would definitely book Willy again and highly recommend him! 🐶✨"

"Joey is phenomenal! We couldn't have been luckier or more grateful to find her. She is a responsible, kind, generous, and extremely attentive person. Our dog and cat both adored her and were in excellent care while we were out of town. Joey is incredibly responsive and sends lots of texts, photos, and videos when she visits. She clearly communicates her plans, shares her timeline, and makes you feel like you're with your pets even when you can't be. We felt very reassured and comfortable knowing that Joey was caring for our pets. "Felicia is a very nice person, friendly and patient, easy to communicate with and considerate of others. When I'm not at home, she not only takes care of my cats, but also spends time playing with them every day. Especially when my cat fell ill, as she patiently waited at my home for nearly three hours until my friend returned from the vet. Throughout the following week, Felicia administered medication and tended to my cat's wounds with utmost professionalism and care. Impressively attentive, she even recorded a video upon my return, providing clear instructions on administering medication. "Amazing experience with Agnes. My cat was sick while I was away and she provided me with reassurance and also tips on how to take better care of him. My cat also needed eye drops and she really did her best to help administer them. I got constant updates, lots of photos and videos while she was with him and I can tell that my cat is quite fond of her. Highly recommend working with her as she’s very gentle and super attentive :) "
