"First time hired a cat sitter as Im a new cat mom for almost 2months. Joy is communicative and opens up to my cat very well as so does my cat to her though my cat takes time to warm up. Appreciate she takes time for a meet and greet prior the actual booking! Love the updates received (cute photos of my cat) that I usually couldn’t get. "Desmond was an absolutely wonderful cat sitter, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the start, he was very responsible and attentive, making sure my cat was well cared for and comfortable while I was away. He spent time playing with my cat and giving him attention, which really helped keep him happy and relaxed.
I also really appreciated how Desmond kept my home very clean and tidy throughout the sitting period. It was such a nice feeling to return to a well-kept place after my trip.
One of the things I valued most was the regular updates. Desmond sent photos and messages to keep me informed about how my cat was doing, which gave me great peace of mind. Knowing my cat was in good hands made it so much easier for me to relax and fully enjoy my trip.

"Felicia is a very nice person, friendly and patient, easy to communicate with and considerate of others. When I'm not at home, she not only takes care of my cats, but also spends time playing with them every day. Especially when my cat fell ill, as she patiently waited at my home for nearly three hours until my friend returned from the vet. Throughout the following week, Felicia administered medication and tended to my cat's wounds with utmost professionalism and care. Impressively attentive, she even recorded a video upon my return, providing clear instructions on administering medication. I'm immensely grateful and will unquestionably book her services for my next overseas trip."

"Amazing experience with Agnes. My cat was sick while I was away and she provided me with reassurance and also tips on how to take better care of him. My cat also needed eye drops and she really did her best to help administer them. I got constant updates, lots of photos and videos while she was with him and I can tell that my cat is quite fond of her. Highly recommend working with her as she’s very gentle and super attentive :) "

"It was our first time having a pet-sitter while we traveled overseas and we were fortunate to have Huiyee take care of Karepan. We started off sharing a brief description on what is required (daily to dos, likes/dislikes etc) and she took the initiative to carry out a house visit to check on compatibility before taking on the task. We felt at ease throughout our trip with timely photo updates that were specially curated in a storytelling manner that would bring a smile on your face. (double thumbs up for this!)
