"Juliet is simply wonderful. She has exceeded expectations with regards to the tasks given to her.
We genuinely appreciate her meticulousness throughout the three days we were away. Even before we left, she made sure to ask us questions with regards to our cat, Laika. We felt assured the entire time as Juliet provided us with updates of Laika, giving us various pictures and videos of her to show that she is completely fine.
Moreover, I completely appreciate her honesty with respect to Laika’s demeanour and habits whilst we were overseas. Laika can be a cheeky cat and hard to handle at times, yet Juliet will be genuine with us on what she was able to do or not, instead of lying blatantly. Thus, her sense of transparency should be duly noted.
Her work ethic should be highly commended, as she’d prepare checklists for every visit that will indicate her duties and time-in/out, and she has stayed beyond an hour every time to help out with Laika. Upon arriving home, everything was neat and tidy. The litter area was efficiently maintained and the house was clean which made our lives way easier after a day’s travel. Juliet also took care of our rabbit, Chester and did an awesome job of keeping his pen clean.
Laika does not take well towards strangers, yet in her 5 visits, Juliet managed to find a way to win her heart with videos of Laika rolling on her tummy and purring loudly in Juliet’s care. I will definitely engage her services again as she has proven to be a genuine cat-lover and a conscientious cat-sitter, and in her supervision, our Laika was cared for in the best of ways."

"Felicia is a very nice person, friendly and patient, easy to communicate with and considerate of others. When I'm not at home, she not only takes care of my cats, but also spends time playing with them every day. Especially when my cat fell ill, as she patiently waited at my home for nearly three hours until my friend returned from the vet. Throughout the following week, Felicia administered medication and tended to my cat's wounds with utmost professionalism and care. Impressively attentive, she even recorded a video upon my return, providing clear instructions on administering medication. "Amazing experience with Agnes. My cat was sick while I was away and she provided me with reassurance and also tips on how to take better care of him. My cat also needed eye drops and she really did her best to help administer them. I got constant updates, lots of photos and videos while she was with him and I can tell that my cat is quite fond of her. Highly recommend working with her as she’s very gentle and super attentive :) "

"It was our first time having a pet-sitter while we traveled overseas and we were fortunate to have Huiyee take care of Karepan. We started off sharing a brief description on what is required (daily to dos, likes/dislikes etc) and she took the initiative to carry out a house visit to check on compatibility before taking on the task. We felt at ease throughout our trip with timely photo updates that were specially curated in a storytelling manner that would bring a smile on your face. (double thumbs up for this!)
