"We used Melissa for a couple of weeks to cover us while our helper was away. Our dog is very picky about people and we were not confident she would walk with Melissa. It was challenging, but Melissa was very patient. We also loved that she was very frank with us: when our dog was difficult, she told us, and likewise when our dog seemed a bit down. We will definitely use Melissa again: highly recommended!"

He did a great job walking Huey, my Shih Tzu, and had no issues handling him despite him being growly around big dogs (hehe small dog syndrome). They didn’t just come in, grab the leash, and go - they took the time to bond with Casey, getting to know her quirks, energy levels, and favorite toys. Casey immediately took to them, and as a dog parent, that instant connection meant the world to me.
Kel and Sam’s personalities are a perfect blend of warmth and professionalism. Their attention to detail is remarkable - they always check in on Casey’s health, behavior, and mood, and even send regular updates with photos and videos, which reassures me that she’s having the best time.
