"Having Hykell over to care for our 2 pets while we were travelling was a great experience for us.
Although it was his first time on Pawshake he was superb!
He made us feel comfortable when we met with him before our travel and it was reassuring to know that Hykell understands Cats and their behaviour well since he has more than a few of his own : )
While we were away travelling Hykell would share multiple videos, pictures, also got into difficult spots where our cats hide while video-calling us which helped us be at peace knowing that they were doing fine.
During one of his visits, our cat had messed up the area outside the littler box.
Hykell was kind enough to clean up the whole space. He did beyond what was expected of him. He was thoughtful to water our plants and cleaned up our entire home so we could arrive at a clean house. All this without us asking for it.
Would love to get Hykell to sit our cats again in the future and highly recommend his services to others so they can have an equally good experience.

"Wen was such a big help for us during our vacation. She took care of our cat with love, as if he is her pet.
She spent time with our cat much longer than I asked and she also quickly replied our messages so we had no worries at all. She sent us many pictures and videos of our cat in each visit so we enjoyed watching it too.
She also visited us beforehand so it was easy for us to explain her what to do.
We will definitely ask her next time too."

"My pup, Mochi had a great time with Jean. Jean managed to teach him a trick during the pet sitting session! She is very diligent - she dropped in to meet Mochi and ask appropriate questions to make sure that she understands Mochi before the actual pet sitting day and of course regular updates with photos.
I am also very grateful that she is accommodating.

"Qian is an excellent cat sitter! She cares deeply for your cat, is very responsive to messages and proactively sends you messages with pictures/videos of how the cat is getting along. My cat can be a handful and she was still able to clip his nails and make him feel calm around her. She's also very attuned to the cat's wellbeing and let me know when Biru was showing signs of sickness or loss of appetite. Could not recommend more strongly!"

"Jen places our mind at ease when we hired her. Our experience with pet sitters is almost zero and we have no form of expectations or experiences. Our key priority was the well being of our pets and Jen placed a great sense of assurance for us. She adhered to the timings given and created a peaceful,safe and caring environment for the pets and left the house with care. We enjoyed her services as she spent extra time to be with the pets whenever she could and snap photos to update us on their behaviours. Her meticulous care for our pets was absolutely amazing.
