"Juliet is simply wonderful. She has exceeded expectations with regards to the tasks given to her.
We genuinely appreciate her meticulousness throughout the three days we were away. Even before we left, she made sure to ask us questions with regards to our cat, Laika. We felt assured the entire time as Juliet provided us with updates of Laika, giving us various pictures and videos of her to show that she is completely fine.
Moreover, I completely appreciate her honesty with respect to Laika’s demeanour and habits whilst we were overseas. Laika can be a cheeky cat and hard to handle at times, yet Juliet will be genuine with us on what she was able to do or not, instead of lying blatantly. Thus, her sense of transparency should be duly noted.
Her work ethic should be highly commended, as she’d prepare checklists for every visit that will indicate her duties and time-in/out, and she has stayed beyond an hour every time to help out with Laika. Upon arriving home, everything was neat and tidy. The litter area was efficiently maintained and the house was clean which made our lives way easier after a day’s travel. Juliet also took care of our rabbit, Chester and did an awesome job of keeping his pen clean.
Laika does not take well towards strangers, yet in her 5 visits, Juliet managed to find a way to win her heart with videos of Laika rolling on her tummy and purring loudly in Juliet’s care. I will definitely engage her services again as she has proven to be a genuine cat-lover and a conscientious cat-sitter, and in her supervision, our Laika was cared for in the best of ways."

"Emily did a great job taking care of our 2 cats when we went on a 10 day holiday. She was meticulous and very concerned about our cats' well being and even suggested adding water to our cats' wet food to encourage more water drinking. She gave us daily detailed updates with photos and videos, and made effort to play with our cats each day. Our cats also really liked and feel comfortable around her. Would definitely love to have her as our cat sitter again!"

"Yvonne looked after our cats while we were overseas for CNY. We were initially worried about how our cats would cope with us being away as they are very skittish and timid. However, our mind was put at ease during the first meeting when both warmed to Yvonne quite quickly. Yvonne made sure to ask about their feeding and playing preferences etc so as not to disrupt their daily routine too much. While we were away, Yvonne kept me fully up to date and also sent over lots of great photos. Our cats didn’t seem to be fazed by the change at all and that can only be down to Yvonne being a fantastic cat sitter who kept them well fed and entertained. I returned home to two content cats and cat room was also clean and tidy. I definitely recommend Yvonne's services. "

"A real fantastic petsitter!!! Rachel is v sincere and real good with my 2 furkids. I could tell they were very comfortable with her in a very short time, letting her pet and meowing to communicate. She is very experienced, being a cat mom herself. Communication was excellent too, from pre-booking till the end. Rachel would send me frequent updates and great footages of my cats. Although I had booked her for house visit and pet sitting, she helped with my plants too and kept my place so neat. Will definitely recommend! "

We engaged Valerie to care for our 2 cats for the 5 days when we were away. One of our cats requires a bit more attention due to his poor health; being able to medicate him successfully was one of the top challenges. Valerie was very happy to help despite the challenges. Throughout the five days, she provided detailed updates twice a day whenever she's over at our home. She gave us a ton of pictures and videos which was precious. When they displayed signs of stress, she was happy to accommodate our requests to care for the kitties differently. We would be happy to engage Valerie's services if we have to both be away again."
