"At first I was very skeptical for engaging pet sitter.
But after reading all the review from their past customer + the no. of recurring customer who have engaged them I decided to give it a try. I'm glad that my cat was comfortable with Noran during the meet & greet.
As this is my first time leaving my 4months old cat at home and I’m so worry at first but Nisa & Noran have done a good job by updating me daily with photos and video their interaction with my cat, maintain the cleanliness during their visit which makes me to have a very peaceful and enjoyable holiday with my family.
They also have share lots of information to me about cat well-being and also share some recommendation of vet as this is my first time to own a cat.
Highly recommended for those who are looking for trusted and reliable cat sitter and will definitely engage them again in future.

"Super caring, responsible, reliable and true pet lovers. thank you so much for taking very good care of my bunny while I was away for 20 days and for noticing and clearing those potential hazards in the wardrobe where he always hide and sleep😄 it's not easy to clean his pee tray and cage too but you've done it perfectly. "Zac and his wife Vanny were wonderful cat sitters!
I needed a cat sitter last minute as I had to go away on a business trip. They responded to my request quickly, and came by for a meet and greet. My two kitties (usually shy) took to them both quite quickly. I also felt very comfortable with them and knew I could trust them to care for my kitties while I was away.
They were both very communicative, and followed instructions exactly. They sent lots of photos and videos, and spent more time to play with the kitties. They even took the initiative to help remove some “artwork” one of the cats made (the kitties love destroying cardboard boxes). I returned home to two relaxed and happy kitties. I would be more than happy to ask them to cat sit for me again in future!

"I had a very last-minute work trip and urgently needed someone to look after my dog. It was difficult to find someone who could take on my request at such a short period of time, but Jaslyn came to my rescue and took on my request immediately. She was very prompt in her replies and made additional effort to take note of all pet-caring duties. "Tracy is the best cat sitter ever. She thankfully managed to fit us into her busy schedule, and we were so glad she did. She’s experienced and knowledgeable with cats, and was a wonderful caretaker for our lovely Mochi, treating him like he was her own. Mochi is really active and playful especially for his breed, and so Tracy managed to incorporate lots and lots of playtime into her house visits. Tracy also sent us lots of photos and videos of Mochi, so we still felt connected to him even when we were away. Her love and passion for animals, especially cats, really shone through for us in the way she played and interacted with Mochi, and Mochi definitely was splendidly taken care of in our absence.
