"Geraldine is a godsend! I went on a trip for almost a month during mid December to mid January (approx.). I was very nervous about this trip because I have never been away for so long from my 3 fur babies (all cats). Right from the first meet and greet session, Geraldine impressed me as a responsible and knowledgeable pet sitter who gets along naturally with animals. While I was away, she took care of my cats as if they were her own. She even spoiled them more rotten than I’ve ever had with heaps of treats, playtime, pets and snuggles, which is much much needed and appreciated when I couldn’t do it myself. She remembered all my cats’ preferences of treats and toys by heart and made sure that they’re well taken care of and happy. She quickly won over the hearts (and tummies) of my 2 more sociable cats and became their new bestie. As for my super shy (and anti social) one, Geraldine took the time to gave her treats and tried to play with her in her hiding places (under the bed and store room shelves). My cute but anti social girl eventually came out to eat while Geraldine was around (but I’m quite sure she was “looking away” at that moment -haha). Animals are much more instinctive than human and they know who they can trust. Judging from the response of my 3 fur babies, I’m sure I’ve found the right person for them! In all her visits, she sent me heaps of photos and videos of my cats, which I always watched with both a smile on my face and tears in my eyes, knowing that they were happy and loved in my absence. Geraldine is an amazing pet sitter whom I’ll highly recommend to all of you here. She will always be our (me and fur babies) most preferred and only pet sitter!!"

"Elaine has been amazing as a pet babysitter! That's why I am a repeat customer, it was clear Elaine genuinely cares for my dog and treats him like her own. She is incredibly responsible, attentive, and reliable, which gave me complete peace of mind while I was away.
She followed all instructions carefully, kept me updated with regular photos and messages, and even went the extra mile by bringing pee pads for my dog. "Sara was an excellent sitter. I have been through a few sitters on pawshake and she has been the best by far. When i returned from my trip, my cat was well fed and her litter was clean. "Shaun will be the third pet sitter I hired for my very senior cat, Nafu. The first pet sitter wasn’t the most responsive though I did retain his services for 3 engagements. I discontinued because he ran into financial difficulties and asked me to buy a package deal. The second was God send, responsive but preferred to come in the night time. He disappeared and was not contactable I was trying to engage him this round, despite taking a deposit from a previous cancelled engagement.
Shaun responded to my call after the first two turned down. He was responsive and sent me daily updates, and he also chose to come before 6 pm which is my preferred timing. The cat also developed more endearment to him, mid-way through the engagement. Overall, I would recommend Shaun as a responsible pet sitter and he would tell you what he did for the day, together with a photo update.

"Natasha comes across as an amiable and caring pet-sitter. She genuinely showed concern over my furbabies, especially for Muezza and Rayyan when informed that they had just recovered from their infection.
She reassured me throughout the pet-sitting period, sending me pictures and updating me on how all of my furbabies are doing. Even got the most fiesty and anti-social one to be loving and cuddly towards her and her partner! She spent ample time with my furbabies, feeding them on time and cleaning their messes and litter box.

"I’m very happy with the care my cats received! She is responsible and attentive — she updated with detailed messages about my cats’ conditions and routines, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. "So lucky to have found Vevien, who is passionate about animals and caring for our cats. She is professional, experienced (as she has adorable cats of her own) and enthusiastic.
She took care of our cats for 2 weeks and made sure we received a daily update incl. pictures, which was very comforting.
Our cats are quite the wanderers (often visit our neighbours patios) and Vevien was friendly and communicated with our neighbours so they didn't feel bothered by our cats.
