"Ai Tong has been such a great help to us during our recent trip! I was already sold from the meet-and-greet session — my dogs, who can be a little too friendly at times, didn’t intimidate her one bit. She stayed calm, took notes on what to do and look out for, and even asked thoughtful questions to make sure she understood everything from our sharing.
Since it was our first time engaging external help for their meals, we started with breakfast visits while we were away. Every morning, she updated us on how the dogs were doing. When they messed up the pee pad area, she cleaned it up nicely and left the space spotless. The dogs clearly enjoyed her company too — you can tell they felt comfortable and happy around her.
We’ll definitely recommend her service, and she’ll be our go-to again the next time we travel!

"My 2 cats can be a bit temperamental when being fed by new people but Taz & Gizmo took to her quickly. Jaime is a great cat sitter and super friendly. She kept me up to date with photos of them eating and of them playing after each visit, which was great. She was also super helpful when the power went out and asked her to check my electrics and she went above and beyond!! Would highly recommend Jaime, we'll definitely book her again in the future!"

"Whenever we need a dog walker/sitter we immediately think of Alden. Each time he has been consistent, considerate, and super communicative. Our dog also LOVES Alden. We can see from his updates that she is happy and safe in his care. Alden also makes the effort to take note of any new routines, changes, and instructions we give him and he follows through very competently. "Duang is excellent. Recently I had a business trip and I got Duang to manage all the medications etc for my 17-year-old dong. He needs a few meds every day and getting them into him is not easy. On one of the nights, whilst I was away, Wang fell sick and I messaged Duang if she could go and get some meds into him. She woke up and rushed to our place and looked after Wang Wang and stayed with him for a long time. When I called her she said, " He will be better before you are back." And that built my trust and faith in her. She is going to be a great vet who understands the importance of not just treatment but also care ."
