"XC was amazing and kept us constantly updated, which gave us great peace of mind. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our cats. One of them required medication, and XC did an excellent job handling it — not an easy task, as the cat can be quite challenging. He was incredibly patient and creative in finding ways to make it work. We truly appreciated his care, dedication, and problem-solving approach."

"From the very beginning, communication with Sze Ping was smooth and easy.
I was a bit nervous about hiring a pet sitter as it was the first time (when we were living in Belgium, our friends used to take care of our cats).
Sze Ping visited our place before we left for holidays, so that we could show him around and introduce him to our kitties. It also made me more comfortable to meet him in person as I could see that he was very reliable and a cat lover.
He took good care of them while we were away, sending me pictures every day... It was great to know that my cats were in good hands while we were so far away for so long!
I definitely recommend him as a sitter for your pets and will definitely contact him again for our next holidays!"

"I engaged Lynn to take care of my two doggies (one senior toy poodle of 12 years and one maltipoo of 3 years old) for two days. Lynn is incredibly attentive and showed great care and dedication in looking after my dogs. She followed all my instructions meticulously, ensuring both dogs were well-fed, comfortable, and happy.
Lynn's communication was excellent; she provided regular updates and photos, which gave me peace of mind knowing my fur babies were in good hands. She was also very gentle and patient with my senior poodle, understanding the extra care needed due to his age.
I highly recommend Lynn for her professionalism, compassion, and reliability. She truly went above and beyond to make sure my dogs were well-cared for. In her recent visit, she took a video of how my dogs were excited to see her came. The reaction from my dogs definitely proves that she took really good care of them and they loves her a lot. Thank you, Lynn for taking care of them like your own.

"Sara was an excellent sitter. I have been through a few sitters on pawshake and she has been the best by far. When i returned from my trip, my cat was well fed and her litter was clean. "Shaun will be the third pet sitter I hired for my very senior cat, Nafu. The first pet sitter wasn’t the most responsive though I did retain his services for 3 engagements. I discontinued because he ran into financial difficulties and asked me to buy a package deal. The second was God send, responsive but preferred to come in the night time. He disappeared and was not contactable I was trying to engage him this round, despite taking a deposit from a previous cancelled engagement.
Shaun responded to my call after the first two turned down. He was responsive and sent me daily updates, and he also chose to come before 6 pm which is my preferred timing. The cat also developed more endearment to him, mid-way through the engagement. Overall, I would recommend Shaun as a responsible pet sitter and he would tell you what he did for the day, together with a photo update.

"Jennie took such wonderful care of my pets and treated them with genuine love. She visited my home for five days to care for my Labrador and cat, and even before starting the job, she made an effort to thoroughly understand all the necessary details through a preliminary visit. During her time with my pets, she was incredibly attentive, going above and beyond to consider things I hadn't even mentioned. She was always punctual and never missed a visit. Whenever she noticed anything unusual with my pets, she immediately contacted me and handled the situation with great care. After each visit, she updated me via WhatsApp with photos, videos, and detailed reports on their well-being. When I returned from my trip, my pets were not only happy and healthy but even seemed better than when I was home—LOL! My wife and I had avoided traveling for years because we worried about leaving our pets, but thanks to Jennie, we were able to enjoy our first vacation in six years with peace of mind. "So lucky to have found Vevien, who is passionate about animals and caring for our cats. She is professional, experienced (as she has adorable cats of her own) and enthusiastic.
She took care of our cats for 2 weeks and made sure we received a daily update incl. pictures, which was very comforting.
Our cats are quite the wanderers (often visit our neighbours patios) and Vevien was friendly and communicated with our neighbours so they didn't feel bothered by our cats.
