"Ruby has become our designated cat sitter. She is the only one who can handle our cats. One of our cats is a feisty and territorial beast. We received reports of hissing and swiping, which resulted in several sitters quitting on us. Ruby has a very good understanding of cat behaviors. "I had a really great experience engaging Jing Yi as my cat sitter. She provided a schedule and timing of her visits, sent me excellent updates on their food, litter, grooming and play time with her video updates, and I felt like I was right there experiencing everything. I had full confidence that my fur kids were being well taken care of, and had total peace of mind. Jing Yi made the extra effort to hand feed (successfully too!) one of my cats on supplements daily, to which I am very thankful for. When grooming or play time, she was cautious and only approached to what they felt comfortable with and never forced any interactions or play. My cats absolutely loved her company, so much so that when I got back, I didn't even get the usual "I missed you" treatment 😅😅😅"

"We had Mona come by our home twice a day while we were away to take care of Kumo (our 7 year old Pom) and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

"Bam is such a responsible cat sitter. It’s my first time to have a cat sitter to take care of my 2 cats while I was traveling. Bam was so responsive to my requests. After sending a request in pawshake, she immediately contacted me and scheduled an informal meet with me. This really impressed me and showed me her enthusiasm at this request. We had a very great talk with each other during the informal meet and shared a lot about being cat mama. During the visits to my home, she always sent me updates about my cats every visit, which again gained my trusts in her. In addition to feeding and cat littering, she also spent a great deal of time playing with my cats. She also shared a lot of her experiences in terms of medical knowledge and also did researches herself about the medical conditions of my cats. She is even more experienced than me as an owner. So lucky to have Bam as my kitty companion while I was away."

However, the moment Shermaine entered our door during the meet and greet, she has shown us nothing but sincerity, enthusiasm and a great love and respect for animals. Melanie showed that she really cared about my dog and cats by asking the right questions and making sure everything is covered. It is really assuring to have her helping out with the fur babies, because she communicates effectively and clearly, and also provide consistent updates.
As I am travelling and might not always be on the phone, Melanie is also independent and able to handle situations well (such as when my dog refused to eat when I'm not around) and is clearly an experience animal caregiver. "
