"Amy has helped us take care of our two cats during our overseas travel in past few days. She did a great job during the visits and both our two cats quite like her.
We would receive a lot of photos and videos regarding the updates on her each visit. Also she cleaned the areas around the cat litter boxes and watered our plants. Highly recommended pet sitter. Thank you so much, Amy!"

"Nina is a perfect dog and house sitter. She just finished up an extended house / dog sitting stay at my landed house. She gave regular updates and photos of the dogs, just enough to know they were safe and taken care of, but not too many to be overbearing. I have 2 older, but still medium energy, big dogs and she had no problems with their walks (twice a day) and meds. She is also very flexible with scheduling.
I felt completely comfortable with her in my house. She even asked before bringing a friend over for a movie night (which of course was a yes).
I arrived home after nearly two weeks to a completely clean, well kept house and two happy, healthy dogs (and plants).
My only hesitation recommending Nina is that she might be busy with another client next time I need to travel. :) I will 100% be reaching out to her again.

"It has been a relief to meet Jay and Phoebe for this pet sitting. While we went for holidays, they have been incredibly helpful with our little bird, keeping us updated during each of their visits in our place. We could feel how much they cared about our pet, and went for the extra mile. Our bird was in great shape when we came back.
Hands down, the best pet sitters we had in River Valley.

"Shaun will be the third pet sitter I hired for my very senior cat, Nafu. The first pet sitter wasn’t the most responsive though I did retain his services for 3 engagements. I discontinued because he ran into financial difficulties and asked me to buy a package deal. The second was God send, responsive but preferred to come in the night time. He disappeared and was not contactable I was trying to engage him this round, despite taking a deposit from a previous cancelled engagement.
Shaun responded to my call after the first two turned down. He was responsive and sent me daily updates, and he also chose to come before 6 pm which is my preferred timing. The cat also developed more endearment to him, mid-way through the engagement. Overall, I would recommend Shaun as a responsible pet sitter and he would tell you what he did for the day, together with a photo update.

"XC was amazing and kept us constantly updated, which gave us great peace of mind. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our cats. One of them required medication, and XC did an excellent job handling it — not an easy task, as the cat can be quite challenging. He was incredibly patient and creative in finding ways to make it work. We truly appreciated his care, dedication, and problem-solving approach."

"Jennie took such wonderful care of my pets and treated them with genuine love. She visited my home for five days to care for my Labrador and cat, and even before starting the job, she made an effort to thoroughly understand all the necessary details through a preliminary visit. During her time with my pets, she was incredibly attentive, going above and beyond to consider things I hadn't even mentioned. She was always punctual and never missed a visit. Whenever she noticed anything unusual with my pets, she immediately contacted me and handled the situation with great care. After each visit, she updated me via WhatsApp with photos, videos, and detailed reports on their well-being. When I returned from my trip, my pets were not only happy and healthy but even seemed better than when I was home—LOL! "Chewy was having one of her difficult mornings. She gets hind leg stiffness on some morning since her injury. That day, she needed a little extra patience and care when Andi was around.
Andi handled it beautifully. She was calm and laid close attention to chewy. She fed, took on a walk and cleaned up.

"So lucky to have found Vevien, who is passionate about animals and caring for our cats. She is professional, experienced (as she has adorable cats of her own) and enthusiastic.
She took care of our cats for 2 weeks and made sure we received a daily update incl. pictures, which was very comforting.
Our cats are quite the wanderers (often visit our neighbours patios) and Vevien was friendly and communicated with our neighbours so they didn't feel bothered by our cats.
