"Hannah was wonderful with my cats from the very beginning. I still remember how sweet it was when she greeted me in Japanese in our first conversation — it was such a small thing, but it really made me smile.
She was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and caring, and I could immediately tell that my cats were in good hands. She kept me updated while I was away, and seeing how happy and relaxed my cats looked made me feel completely at ease.
By the end of her visits, it was clear that my cats had really fallen in love with her too! They seemed to enjoy every moment with her. I would absolutely ask her to take care of my cats again — and I’m sure my cats are already looking forward to seeing her again! 🐈❤️"

"It has been a relief to meet Jay and Phoebe for this pet sitting. While we went for holidays, they have been incredibly helpful with our little bird, keeping us updated during each of their visits in our place. We could feel how much they cared about our pet, and went for the extra mile. Our bird was in great shape when we came back.

"XC was amazing and kept us constantly updated, which gave us great peace of mind. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our cats. One of them required medication, and XC did an excellent job handling it — not an easy task, as the cat can be quite challenging. He was incredibly patient and creative in finding ways to make it work. We truly appreciated his care, dedication, and problem-solving approach."

"Jennie took such wonderful care of my pets and treated them with genuine love. She visited my home for five days to care for my Labrador and cat, and even before starting the job, she made an effort to thoroughly understand all the necessary details through a preliminary visit. During her time with my pets, she was incredibly attentive, going above and beyond to consider things I hadn't even mentioned. She was always punctual and never missed a visit. Whenever she noticed anything unusual with my pets, she immediately contacted me and handled the situation with great care. After each visit, she updated me via WhatsApp with photos, videos, and detailed reports on their well-being. When I returned from my trip, my pets were not only happy and healthy but even seemed better than when I was home—LOL! My wife and I had avoided traveling for years because we worried about leaving our pets, but thanks to Jennie, we were able to enjoy our first vacation in six years with peace of mind. "Cindy was amazing! She quickly bonded with my skittish orange twin cats. She has an eye for even the smallest detail and is very thorough with following their regiment She kept up with the requested timing meticulously. She is kind and caring and my boys were happy with her. Cindy gave me very informative updates with videos, photos and texts every day she visited. She took a good care of my plants. "Having Hykell over to care for our 2 pets while we were travelling was a great experience for us.
Although it was his first time on Pawshake he was superb!
He made us feel comfortable when we met with him before our travel and it was reassuring to know that Hykell understands Cats and their behaviour well since he has more than a few of his own : )
While we were away travelling Hykell would share multiple videos, pictures, also got into difficult spots where our cats hide while video-calling us which helped us be at peace knowing that they were doing fine.
During one of his visits, our cat had messed up the area outside the littler box.
Hykell was kind enough to clean up the whole space. He did beyond what was expected of him. He was thoughtful to water our plants and cleaned up our entire home so we could arrive at a clean house. All this without us asking for it.
Would love to get Hykell to sit our cats again in the future and highly recommend his services to others so they can have an equally good experience.
