"2 days home visit. Karen is a very warm and friendly person. She came over for pre-visit to understand what needed to be done and my cats immediately loved her! I am so happy with her cat sitting service. Not only did she did a great work on cleaning the litter, topping up foods and water, she promptly updated me of my cat's well being. i am really happy and appreciate her efforts.

"Shan was absolutely amazing in taking care of my 16-year-old Cavapoo while I was away. At this age, my dog requires extra patience, attention, and gentle care, and Shan exceeded all expectations.
She was incredibly responsible, caring, and attentive throughout the entire time — making sure walks were comfortable, routines were followed closely, and my dog felt safe and loved at home. I could genuinely tell that Shan has a real love for animals, especially senior dogs.
On top of that, Shan also helped to take care of my 3 cats, even though she initially did not have prior experience with cats. What impressed me most was her willingness to learn, adapt, and put in the effort to care for them properly. She took the initiative to help clear their litter, spend time playing with them, and ensure they were comfortable and well looked after too.
What gave me the most peace of mind was the regular updates and the way all my pets looked so calm and happy under her care. It’s not easy trusting someone with elderly pets and multiple animals at home, but Shan handled everything with professionalism, warmth, patience, and kindness.
Highly recommend Shan to anyone looking for a trustworthy, dependable, and genuinely compassionate pet sitter. Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of my furry family members!"

"I’m truly grateful for my cat sitter Yi Jia's care during my time away. She is patient, gentle, and attentive. She provided daily updates which gave me so much peace of mind while I was traveling.
You can tell she genuinely loves animals,she didn’t just feed my cat, but also spent time playing with her and comforting her. My cat can be a little sensitive and gets lonely easily, but she was calm, well cared for, and in great spirits when I came home.

"I engaged Willy for 2 house visits on the evening of 17th January and the morning of 18th January to care for my dog, Junior. Junior is very antisocial and wary of strangers, but Willy was extremely patient and took the time to wait for my dawg to warm up to him.
I really appreciated Willy’s detailed updates and how carefully he followed the instructions I provided. As he is more used to walking dogs with canvas leashes, he was very receptive to my tips on handling Junior’s retractable leash. He was also gentle during playtime and mindful of Junior’s old age and condition.
Junior quickly became comfortable with Willy, which gave me great peace of mind. I would definitely book Willy again and highly recommend him! 🐶✨"

"Desmond was an absolutely wonderful cat sitter, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the start, he was very responsible and attentive, making sure my cat was well cared for and comfortable while I was away. "Joey is phenomenal! We couldn't have been luckier or more grateful to find her. She is a responsible, kind, generous, and extremely attentive person. "Felicia is a very nice person, friendly and patient, easy to communicate with and considerate of others. When I'm not at home, she not only takes care of my cats, but also spends time playing with them every day. Especially when my cat fell ill, as she patiently waited at my home for nearly three hours until my friend returned from the vet. Throughout the following week, Felicia administered medication and tended to my cat's wounds with utmost professionalism and care.
