"Teddy had a wonderful experience with William. We had a short meet-and-greet with William and his dog, Scout, a day before the booking started, and we really appreciated him taking the time to meet Teddy in advance. During the session, William was attentive and thoughtful in caring for Teddy. He also shared helpful observations from the session, which we truly appreciated.
