She went above and beyond to take Miya on walks, and gave her loads of treats (after checking with us on her allergies). She gave us lots of videos and photo updates as well, which was super reassuring. "I am very appreciative to Jay for agreeing to baby-sit my pet on a one day notice. On my request, he took effort in coming to just letting us meet him on the eve of the pet-sitting day. His care for puppies is apparent upon first introducing my pet to him. On the day itself, he sent a message to update us on the well being of my pet. "Kelis and Mdm Eng are really very polite, sincere and professional. Kelis very kindly accommodated my request to change the boarding date. Most importantly, they both really love dogs and through our initial meet up session, we could tell that once familiarised, the dogs really stick to them. We left out Spitz, Butter for doggy day care today so he can get to know them both better before his long stay in March. Butter was a little worried at first, but he soon warmed up to them both. Kelis and Mdm Eng really took good care of him. They are very cautious and paid a lot of attention to Butter's well being. Kelis also constantly updated us on Butter, which made us feel very assured. Their place is a very homely environment, which matters a lot to us, as we want our Butter to feel comfortable. Super thankful and glad to have found Kelis and Mdm Eng!"

She sent me lots of photos n videos so i could be updated while i was not with Sanchae! i could have learned lots of new things about my doggie because of Cyndi!
when sanchae was very young she was bitten by one diggie after that she never mingle with other doggies so i looked for the place whete sanchae can be the only doggie so she won't bark but since she stayed in Cyndi's place she changed a lot now she has two friends! when i was watching her video which Miss Cyndi sent me i was tearful thst she changed her a lot so now she can mingle with other doggies!
