"I had a really great experience with Sushmita as my pet sitter while I was overseas. She’s friendly, kind, and very responsible, which gave me peace of mind, as this is the first time I left my cat behind at home.
She took great care of my munchkin cat, Dora, and even shared some helpful tips on feeding, along with recommendations on food brands to try. I really appreciate that.
She also kindly helped to feed my fishes and hamster. She kept me updated on when she arrived and left, and was always very responsive to my messages.

"As someone who had to engage a pet sitter for the first time, I was anxious about leaving my cats with another caretaker. Thankfully, getting to know Faith eased my worries. When I first contacted Faith, she arranged a meet-and-greet, which I truly appreciated. She visited my flat to familiarise herself with my cats and their environment. Faith also reassured me by offering tips and advice on ensuring a smooth pet-sitting process while being flexible enough to accommodate my needs and requirements.
When it came to pet-sitting, Faith met my expectations. She took excellent care of the cats and their needs, providing up-to-date photographs and videos of them and their food bowls. She also interacted with my cats and left the flat clean. Her visits were regular and consistent around the same time, helping my cats adjust to the temporary routine. Although one of my cats was shy, Faith was patient and made efforts to ensure she ate and was comfortable.
Overall, my experience with Faith has been pleasant. I am confident about leaving my cats with her in the future and recommend her to anyone considering hiring a pet sitter for the first time. "Ciel is truly the best and perfect cat sitter...in fact, I think she is a cat whisperer! My cat, Toffee, is a highly anxious scaredy anti-social feline...and the fact the Ciel could handle with ease proves that she's a pro with cats. Ciel is very punctual with my requested two visits per day and made excellent effort at communicating with me with lots of photos and videos updates. On a couple of occasions, Toffee even made a mess with his vomit (which I felt terribly bad) and Ciel helped to clean up and turned the place spotless again. She even took the initiative to refresh the cat litter box, creating a cleaner environment for Toffee. Ciel took time to interact with Toffee and even though Toffee was hostile towards her, she did not back out and spent an even longer time to help Toffee warm up. Toffee's frequent hissing and growling did not deter Ciel to continue soothing and coaxing him, which shows her incredible patience and brilliant cat behavioural knowledge. I would not hesitate to rehire Ciel as my cat sitter when I leave the country next because I know Toffee will be in good hands. Thank you once again, Ciel!"

"Nurul was a fantastic pet sitter. Her communication was clear and reliable throughout while following all instructions carefully. She arrived on schedule for every visit and consistently checked in with photos, videos and updates which gave me a peace of mind while I was away. "Clara is simply the sweetest and most caring pet sitter you can ever meet.
Right from our first meet up, one of my two girl cats has already warmed up to her. Clara took down notes as we explained and we felt very comfortable with her. However, we were also worried to leave them at home because they have never been with a cat sitter before.
But Clara really did an awesome job. She provided daily updates through pictures and videos even though some of the time I could not reply to her immediately. My wife and I would look through those videos at the end of the day because we really missed them and it felt really good knowing that my two cats enjoyed her company as she played and cared for them.
On the day of our arrival back, Clara did the sweetest thing of cleaning up the house and ensured that my house was rid of their fur, knowing that we will be tired from the flight. We felt so relieved and grateful to see that our cats were happy and well, and that also our house was kept tidy at the time when we returned home. We truly appreciate the things that Clara did for our cats and our home. Thanks Clara, for loving our cats as much as we do during our absence :) "

"Our dog have special needs: seizure prone and need medication twice daily. We haven been travelling for around 6 years since before Covid. As such, we have strict criteria and requirement choosing a pet sitter who is willing to come to our unit twice daily during our holidays. We are very lucky to come across Valeria. "Linda was great with our kitties! From the online chats to the first meet-up to the actual sit days, she was very flexible to work with. With her own knowledge of caring for cats, she is able to understand the typical patterns and routines of them, so no explanations were required. In fact, she prompted us with questions to get a better understanding of our kitties and their routine. She stuck to the schedule we discussed and didn't miss out on any session or any part of the routine.
Our kitties warmed up to her on the first day itself, and she took care of them for 6 days. She engaged them according to the discussed time with playtime and treats as well to keep their morale high. I would say she took care of them as she would her own. She even noted our adult cat's ongoing ear mite build-up and offered to give some temporary relief by cleaning out her ears while we were away.
She took tons of pictures and videos to keep us going during our trip and to placate our fears for the kitties and their emotional wellbeing. We were very much assured that they were in safe hands when we viewed the videos as they didn't seem distressed or aggressive.
We will definitely engage her for future sit days! Lily and Oskar will most certainly want her back to take care of them!
