"Howie took great care of my two cats, Mira and Zoey, over a 9-day period. Even before the start of the cat sitting, she was incredibly meticulous—paying close attention to their routines, preferences, and little quirks, which gave me a lot of peace of mind while I was away.
What really stood out was her consistency, in both reaching on time and providing constant updates. She kept me informed daily with messages and photos, so I always knew how Mira and Zoey were doing. It was clear they were comfortable and well cared for under her watch.
I truly appreciated her reliability and dedication, and I wouldn’t hesitate to find Howie again when going on trips."

She arrived on schedule for every visit and consistently checked in with photos, videos and updates which gave me a peace of mind while I was away. She was patient, attentive, and mindful of my cat’s boundaries especially since my cat can be shy with strangers. "I had a really great experience with Sushmita as my pet sitter while I was overseas. She’s friendly, kind, and very responsible, which gave me peace of mind, as this is the first time I left my cat behind at home.
She took great care of my munchkin cat, Dora, and even shared some helpful tips on feeding, along with recommendations on food brands to try. I really appreciate that.
She also kindly helped to feed my fishes and hamster. She kept me updated on when she arrived and left, and was always very responsive to my messages.

"Mavis helped us look after our three fur babies for almost two weeks when we were overseas, she was extremely good with our kids keeping the fact that my eldest one is hard to mingle with, she is very responsible and responsive. "Ciel is truly the best and perfect cat sitter...in fact, I think she is a cat whisperer! My cat, Toffee, is a highly anxious scaredy anti-social feline...and the fact the Ciel could handle with ease proves that she's a pro with cats. Ciel is very punctual with my requested two visits per day and made excellent effort at communicating with me with lots of photos and videos updates. On a couple of occasions, Toffee even made a mess with his vomit (which I felt terribly bad) and Ciel helped to clean up and turned the place spotless again. She even took the initiative to refresh the cat litter box, creating a cleaner environment for Toffee. Ciel took time to interact with Toffee and even though Toffee was hostile towards her, she did not back out and spent an even longer time to help Toffee warm up. Toffee's frequent hissing and growling did not deter Ciel to continue soothing and coaxing him, which shows her incredible patience and brilliant cat behavioural knowledge. I would not hesitate to rehire Ciel as my cat sitter when I leave the country next because I know Toffee will be in good hands. Thank you once again, Ciel!"

Appreciate his level of communication and the care for our pets. We have two cats, and one has pretty bad separation anxiety so its important we find the right sitter.
Our anxious one barely acted up when we came back—which speaks to the level of care from Joel. Similarly, my husband and I appreciate the humorous videos he sends of the boys when we're away 🥰 its a nice personable touch to know our cats are having fun while we're gone. "This is my first time getting a cat sitter for my cats and i am glad Edwina was my first cat sitter! Edwina sent photos of them everytime she comes and updates me regarding how much they’ve eaten which i really appreciate. She even checked on my automatic feeder to update me if i needed her to top it up without even asking! She’s also very communicative and respond to messages promptly. Even though at the start my cats are weary of her but i can see that they were slowly opening up to her at the end of the day. We came home to 4 very relaxed and happy kitties and I’m really glad that they’re well taken care of.
I will definitely recommend Edwina and engage her next time when i need! "

"As someone who had to engage a pet sitter for the first time, I was anxious about leaving my cats with another caretaker. Thankfully, getting to know Faith eased my worries. When I first contacted Faith, she arranged a meet-and-greet, which I truly appreciated. She visited my flat to familiarise herself with my cats and their environment. Faith also reassured me by offering tips and advice on ensuring a smooth pet-sitting process while being flexible enough to accommodate my needs and requirements.
When it came to pet-sitting, Faith met my expectations. She took excellent care of the cats and their needs, providing up-to-date photographs and videos of them and their food bowls. She also interacted with my cats and left the flat clean. Her visits were regular and consistent around the same time, helping my cats adjust to the temporary routine. Although one of my cats was shy, Faith was patient and made efforts to ensure she ate and was comfortable.
Overall, my experience with Faith has been pleasant. I am confident about leaving my cats with her in the future and recommend her to anyone considering hiring a pet sitter for the first time.
