"Repeat cat sitting with Raymond and our two girls were right at home with Raymond!
Appreciate that Raymond can still continue to take care of our girls even after we shifted to town location.
He also helped clean up broken glass har mess created by one of our cat digging for snack, and took extra effirt that day for a second visit just to make sure the girls are are well.. Definitely our first choice cat sitter when we are away!! "

"As a new user of Pawshake, I was hesitant on who I should hire. I saw that Faith had a few recurring owners so I took a chance. I got in touch with her 3 days before I was due to leave for a 11 day holiday. As any pet owner would feel, I was worried as I did not know Faith personally and leaving the house and the care of your loving cat was a big risk. But the risk paid off well. She could accomodate my last minute booking, able to meet up with me the day I was suppose to leave and understood all that she needed to do to take good care of my cat. She gave daily posts and videos, some even with her cat whisperer daughter. See my cat is super shy but her daughter and my cat became BFFs LOL! So for future pet owners, you can trust Faith to do a good job in making sure your cat is well taken care off. She also watered my plants as well. For sure I will be using her services in the future. Thanks Faith (and daughter)."

"Lynette is a wonderful pet sitter! She came over to our house the day before the sit to get to know the cats and where things are kept. During our time away Lynette kept us very well informed of our cats' welfare, through messages, photos and reports on this app, and she really got to know our cats' personalities in a short amount of time. "Shi Ying Katie is a gentle pet sitter. She took good care of our cat with a warm heart. Besides doing the necessity like feeding and cleaning, she as well spent a great amount of time interacting with our furry baby to reduce his loneliness when we were away from home. "We used to send our cats for boarding when we were away. After 3+ years of not travelling due to Covid, we were worried that our 2 cats won’t be used to being in a foreign environment, plus we were going away for around 2 weeks and thus decided to try out a cat sitter instead.
We engaged Sophia to come by twice a day to care for our cats. She was highly responsive from the get-go. She had a specific time schedule listed on her profile so we texted to ask if she could accommodate our needs and she replied fast on all the dates that she needed to be earlier/later than usual.
What we really appreciate about Sophia is her clear and detailed communication as well as her patience and care for our cats. We were also glad for the many pictures and videos she sent to us in her updates.
She was very patient with our scaredy cat and he trusted her enough to ask for pets and love after around 4 days.
Our second cat tends to over-lick when anxious and he stopped doing that after a few days. By the time we came back, new fur had started growing over the initial over-licked and bare patches. This really shows how comfortable my cats were with Sophia!
We are very satisfied with Sophia and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a cat sitter! We can confidently travel more now that we found someone that we trust with our home and our cats =D

"Ringo did an incredible job taking care of my 2 cats for 10 days. It is the longest I have left them with a catsitter, and I was definitely anxious. However, my cats loved Ringo and would look forward to her coming by. She sent photos and videos during each visit, and even got my unfriendly cat to let her pick him up. On each visit, Ringo fed my cats raw diet and kibbles, cleared their litter boxes, and played with them. She was creative in her games with them, and they were clearly happy under her care. My cats were (still) fat and happy when I returned, and I would not hesitate to ask Ringo to take care of them again. Ringo also kindly helped me with little requests to care for my home. She is truly an amazing catsitter."

"I recently hired Clara to take care of my cat while I was away for a couple of days, and I couldn't be happier with her service. Clara was extremely professional, reliable, and caring towards my cat. Clara immediately felt trustworthy upon meeting her for the first time and I felt comfortable giving her access to the house.
She took the time to get to know my cat and made sure to follow all of the instructions I left for her. Throughout the week, she kept me updated on how my cat was doing and sent me plenty of photos and videos
When I returned home, my cat was in great spirits and had clearly been well taken care of. Clara had even gone above and beyond by doing more than what was asked of her. I really appreciated her kind gestures
Overall, I highly recommend Clara to anyone in need of a cat sitter. She provided excellent care for my cat and gave me peace of mind while I was away."

"Linda was great with our kitties! From the online chats to the first meet-up to the actual sit days, she was very flexible to work with. With her own knowledge of caring for cats, she is able to understand the typical patterns and routines of them, so no explanations were required. In fact, she prompted us with questions to get a better understanding of our kitties and their routine. She stuck to the schedule we discussed and didn't miss out on any session or any part of the routine.
Our kitties warmed up to her on the first day itself, and she took care of them for 6 days. She engaged them according to the discussed time with playtime and treats as well to keep their morale high. I would say she took care of them as she would her own. She even noted our adult cat's ongoing ear mite build-up and offered to give some temporary relief by cleaning out her ears while we were away.
She took tons of pictures and videos to keep us going during our trip and to placate our fears for the kitties and their emotional wellbeing. We were very much assured that they were in safe hands when we viewed the videos as they didn't seem distressed or aggressive.
We will definitely engage her for future sit days! Lily and Oskar will most certainly want her back to take care of them!
