"Winnie has been a wonderful help during our time away from our kitties for a family vacation. She took care of them so well, paying attention to their needs and reporting detailed information everyday during her visits. We felt so at ease and thankful. We stayed well connected and she was able to even respond fast and well to ad hoc incidents when we need her help during her visits such as when our robo cleaner got stuck to remove a barrier on the floor đ
She spent good time with the kitties to play with them and also respond to them accordingly whenever they are in good mood or wants alone time.
Very attentive and caring for the kitties đâ⏠even our Kitty Autumn whoâs very picky with people, extremely shy and never comes out with stranger cuz she doesnât feel safe, took a liking to Winnie eventually to even walk around her at ease. Our third street rescued kitty Amber whoâs the most aloof out of the 3, is even willing to come out of her box to view Winnieâs presence in the house as she goes about doing the chores. Winnie took time to observe, communicate and play with the kitties. We are very impressed by the quality of her service! We will absolutely want Winnie to pet sit for us so long as sheâs available for us â¤ď¸ next time whenever we are going on vacation away from home 𼰠thank you so much Winnie!"

"Clara is simply the sweetest and most caring pet sitter you can ever meet.
Right from our first meet up, one of my two girl cats has already warmed up to her. Clara took down notes as we explained and we felt very comfortable with her. However, we were also worried to leave them at home because they have never been with a cat sitter before.
But Clara really did an awesome job. She provided daily updates through pictures and videos even though some of the time I could not reply to her immediately. My wife and I would look through those videos at the end of the day because we really missed them and it felt really good knowing that my two cats enjoyed her company as she played and cared for them.
On the day of our arrival back, Clara did the sweetest thing of cleaning up the house and ensured that my house was rid of their fur, knowing that we will be tired from the flight. We felt so relieved and grateful to see that our cats were happy and well, and that also our house was kept tidy at the time when we returned home. We truly appreciate the things that Clara did for our cats and our home. Thanks Clara, for loving our cats as much as we do during our absence :) "

"Ciel has been a wonderful sitter to our beloved 7 cats. This is my first time hiring a professional cat-sitter. I usually will get a relative to help me however, they were not available this time round. I must say that Im impressed with the quality of service & tasks done by Ciel. It is perfect that she lives nearby to our home. Albeit 4 of our cats are naturally anxiety cats, the remaining of our cats were very welcoming of her presence since their meet & greet session a week before we left. We spent a little time together so I could show her what needed to be done for the cats & the house. During our absence of 4 days, Ciel always gave us a detailed daily report of pictures & short videos of all our cats & her completed tasks. I highly recommend her & I will for sure appoint her service in my future cat-sitting needs. Ciel truly has a very positive aura towards animals. We are so glad we found her here on Pawshake. "Laura is a natural, she has this energy and curiosity that kinda matches our sheltie's. We booked Laura to get to know our anxious doggo and they clicked right away. Before the visit, Laura asked for some details about KB including some watch-outs, our preferences, etc., and she came well-prepared. KB calmly went on with the walk, the cleaning and the feeding like they had known each other for some time. We are booking Laura again for 2 weeks, confident and at peace with the thought that KB is in good, caring company."

"Angel is wonderful cat-sitter! She may be young but she's definitely very experienced with cats. My cat was well fed on time twice a day by Angel, who also provided constant and detailed updates. She is very attentive as she makes careful notes on the do's and don'ts during our first meet-up briefing. "Late review but better late than never. I hired Shanyi to care for my cat, Mew Mew for 2 days last year and I couldnât be happier with the service! From our initial meeting to the daily updates, she demonstrated professionalism, care, and a genuine love for animals.
Communication: Shanyi was fantastic in keeping me updated. She sent daily photos and messages, which reassured me that my cats were happy and well taken care of.

"As someone who had to engage a pet sitter for the first time, I was anxious about leaving my cats with another caretaker. Thankfully, getting to know Faith eased my worries. When I first contacted Faith, she arranged a meet-and-greet, which I truly appreciated. She visited my flat to familiarise herself with my cats and their environment. Faith also reassured me by offering tips and advice on ensuring a smooth pet-sitting process while being flexible enough to accommodate my needs and requirements.
When it came to pet-sitting, Faith met my expectations. She took excellent care of the cats and their needs, providing up-to-date photographs and videos of them and their food bowls. "I cannot recommend Lynette enough as a cat sitter! From the moment I contacted her, she was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive to my catâs needs. She even made sure to do a house visit before we left, which gave me peace of mind knowing everything was set up for our absence.
