Appreciate his level of communication and the care for our pets. We have two cats, and one has pretty bad separation anxiety so its important we find the right sitter.
Our anxious one barely acted up when we came back—which speaks to the level of care from Joel. "Late review but better late than never. I hired Shanyi to care for my cat, Mew Mew for 2 days last year and I couldn’t be happier with the service! From our initial meeting to the daily updates, she demonstrated professionalism, care, and a genuine love for animals.

"I cannot recommend Lynette enough as a cat sitter! From the moment I contacted her, she was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive to my cat’s needs. She even made sure to do a house visit before we left, which gave me peace of mind knowing everything was set up for our absence.

"We sought Chloe's help to visit our very needy cat twice a day while we went on vacation and we're glad we did.
She followed our instructions perfectly and went the extra mile to keep our cat happy and healthy by playing with him and keeping him company for more than an hour daily. We returned to find our cat so well groomed and happy.
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter. Chloe is reliable, attentive, and we feel she genuinely cares for the animals she looks after.

"Linda was great with our kitties! From the online chats to the first meet-up to the actual sit days, she was very flexible to work with. With her own knowledge of caring for cats, she is able to understand the typical patterns and routines of them, so no explanations were required. In fact, she prompted us with questions to get a better understanding of our kitties and their routine. She stuck to the schedule we discussed and didn't miss out on any session or any part of the routine.
Our kitties warmed up to her on the first day itself, and she took care of them for 6 days. She engaged them according to the discussed time with playtime and treats as well to keep their morale high. I would say she took care of them as she would her own. She even noted our adult cat's ongoing ear mite build-up and offered to give some temporary relief by cleaning out her ears while we were away.
She took tons of pictures and videos to keep us going during our trip and to placate our fears for the kitties and their emotional wellbeing. We were very much assured that they were in safe hands when we viewed the videos as they didn't seem distressed or aggressive.
We will definitely engage her for future sit days! Lily and Oskar will most certainly want her back to take care of them!

"This was our second time booking Laura to care for our Sheltie, KB. We needed someone we could trust for two weeks while our family traveled overseas. Thanks to Laura, we were able to fully enjoy our trip, knowing KB was in excellent hands.
Laura gave us total peace of mind with her regular updates—she sent messages, photos, and videos, and always checked in if she had any questions. She went above and beyond by showering KB, watering our plants, and even helping to keep the house clean. She truly exceeded our expectations.

"Fantastic cat sitter service from Jolene. If you need a cat sitter to take care of your fur babies, service is unbeatable. She really knows and understand cats and their behaviour. We have 2 cats and both of them warmed to her very easily.
One of our cat is very anxious and skittish around strangers so Jolene had to work with him but she handled it exceptionally well.
We feed our cats very specific diet that is mix of specific portion of wet food and dry food, Jolene followed the strict diet exactly to our specifications.
One of the great things about Jolene is communication, she would send us our cat photos and videos at every visit so that we could see with our own eyes how well they were doing.
We highly recommend her and will be hiring her again.

"Nadia is such an amazing pet sitter. My family and I are very grateful for the care that she provided towards our Momo. My family and I decided on a pet sitter instead of a pet hotel as we wanted Momo to have space to roam around and not leave her in an unfamiliar place for days.
We were initially worried for the first 2 days as Momo can be difficult to deal with at times, and this is the first time we are leaving her for a holiday. But Nadia assured us that she is well taken care of. We got photo and video updates each visit, and Nadia communicates really well with me, which eases a lot of my worries. I felt confident that Momo was in good care for the rest of my trip.
Nadia was attentive towards Momo, despite her being unfriendly towards Nadia (sorry Nadia for her behaviour 😭). The house was also clean as Nadia helped to vacuum too.
