"Wen Xin and her husband was very responsible and reliable in caring for my cat. Initially, I had some health scare abt my cat just before I left and Wen Xin helped to follow up on it closely and even offering to bring him to the vet if needed. She also accommodated my last min request to change to two visits! Wen Xin take good care of my cat by playing with him and through the multiple videos and photos sent I can see my cat was very at ease with her presence and was well taken care of! Highly recommended if you need a sitter that will love your cat like their own! ✨✨✨"

She was especially attentive to my cat with polycystic kidney disease, patiently administering daily subcutaneous fluids, oral medications, and coaxing him to eat each time.

"We used to send our cats for boarding when we were away. After 3+ years of not travelling due to Covid, we were worried that our 2 cats won’t be used to being in a foreign environment, plus we were going away for around 2 weeks and thus decided to try out a cat sitter instead.
We engaged Sophia to come by twice a day to care for our cats. She was highly responsive from the get-go. She had a specific time schedule listed on her profile so we texted to ask if she could accommodate our needs and she replied fast on all the dates that she needed to be earlier/later than usual.
What we really appreciate about Sophia is her clear and detailed communication as well as her patience and care for our cats. We were also glad for the many pictures and videos she sent to us in her updates.
She was very patient with our scaredy cat and he trusted her enough to ask for pets and love after around 4 days.
Our second cat tends to over-lick when anxious and he stopped doing that after a few days. By the time we came back, new fur had started growing over the initial over-licked and bare patches. This really shows how comfortable my cats were with Sophia!
We are very satisfied with Sophia and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a cat sitter! We can confidently travel more now that we found someone that we trust with our home and our cats =D
