"2 days home visit. Karen is a very warm and friendly person. She came over for pre-visit to understand what needed to be done and my cats immediately loved her! I am so happy with her cat sitting service. Not only did she did a great work on cleaning the litter, topping up foods and water, she promptly updated me of my cat's well being. i am really happy and appreciate her efforts.

"It was a great decision to hire Vera. She is really attentive to my cats. One of my cats is afraid of strangers but he surprisingly opened up to her. Vera never fails to send us photos and videos of the cats. On top of that, she even reported that my fridge is leaking. "Rene helped take care of our two cats when we were overseas for a week. During her sitting, she constantly sent updates (including lots of photos and videos) and knew what needed to be alerted to us. We had some special requests for our cats, and she followed the instructions we gave her closely. She was aso able to make spontaneous decisions to meet our cats’ needs during the sitting. We definitely felt like our cats were in good hands with Rene while we were away. "Linda was great with our kitties! From the online chats to the first meet-up to the actual sit days, she was very flexible to work with. With her own knowledge of caring for cats, she is able to understand the typical patterns and routines of them, so no explanations were required. In fact, she prompted us with questions to get a better understanding of our kitties and their routine. She stuck to the schedule we discussed and didn't miss out on any session or any part of the routine.
Our kitties warmed up to her on the first day itself, and she took care of them for 6 days. She engaged them according to the discussed time with playtime and treats as well to keep their morale high. I would say she took care of them as she would her own. She even noted our adult cat's ongoing ear mite build-up and offered to give some temporary relief by cleaning out her ears while we were away.
She took tons of pictures and videos to keep us going during our trip and to placate our fears for the kitties and their emotional wellbeing. We were very much assured that they were in safe hands when we viewed the videos as they didn't seem distressed or aggressive.
We will definitely engage her for future sit days! Lily and Oskar will most certainly want her back to take care of them!

"Ringo did an incredible job taking care of my 2 cats for 10 days. It is the longest I have left them with a catsitter, and I was definitely anxious. However, my cats loved Ringo and would look forward to her coming by. She sent photos and videos during each visit, and even got my unfriendly cat to let her pick him up. On each visit, Ringo fed my cats raw diet and kibbles, cleared their litter boxes, and played with them. She was creative in her games with them, and they were clearly happy under her care. My cats were (still) fat and happy when I returned, and I would not hesitate to ask Ringo to take care of them again. Ringo also kindly helped me with little requests to care for my home. She is truly an amazing catsitter."

"Juliet is simply wonderful. She has exceeded expectations with regards to the tasks given to her.
We genuinely appreciate her meticulousness throughout the three days we were away. Even before we left, she made sure to ask us questions with regards to our cat, Laika. We felt assured the entire time as Juliet provided us with updates of Laika, giving us various pictures and videos of her to show that she is completely fine.
Moreover, I completely appreciate her honesty with respect to Laika’s demeanour and habits whilst we were overseas. Laika can be a cheeky cat and hard to handle at times, yet Juliet will be genuine with us on what she was able to do or not, instead of lying blatantly. Thus, her sense of transparency should be duly noted.
Her work ethic should be highly commended, as she’d prepare checklists for every visit that will indicate her duties and time-in/out, and she has stayed beyond an hour every time to help out with Laika. Upon arriving home, everything was neat and tidy. The litter area was efficiently maintained and the house was clean which made our lives way easier after a day’s travel. Juliet also took care of our rabbit, Chester and did an awesome job of keeping his pen clean.
Laika does not take well towards strangers, yet in her 5 visits, Juliet managed to find a way to win her heart with videos of Laika rolling on her tummy and purring loudly in Juliet’s care. I will definitely engage her services again as she has proven to be a genuine cat-lover and a conscientious cat-sitter, and in her supervision, our Laika was cared for in the best of ways."
