"I had a really great experience with Sushmita as my pet sitter while I was overseas. She’s friendly, kind, and very responsible, which gave me peace of mind, as this is the first time I left my cat behind at home.
She took great care of my munchkin cat, Dora, and even shared some helpful tips on feeding, along with recommendations on food brands to try. I really appreciate that.
She also kindly helped to feed my fishes and hamster. She kept me updated on when she arrived and left, and was always very responsive to my messages.

"Mavis helped us look after our three fur babies for almost two weeks when we were overseas, she was extremely good with our kids keeping the fact that my eldest one is hard to mingle with, she is very responsible and responsive. "Wen Xin and her husband was very responsible and reliable in caring for my cat. Initially, I had some health scare abt my cat just before I left and Wen Xin helped to follow up on it closely and even offering to bring him to the vet if needed. She also accommodated my last min request to change to two visits! Wen Xin take good care of my cat by playing with him and through the multiple videos and photos sent I can see my cat was very at ease with her presence and was well taken care of! Highly recommended if you need a sitter that will love your cat like their own! ✨✨✨"

Appreciate his level of communication and the care for our pets. We have two cats, and one has pretty bad separation anxiety so its important we find the right sitter.
Our anxious one barely acted up when we came back—which speaks to the level of care from Joel. Similarly, my husband and I appreciate the humorous videos he sends of the boys when we're away 🥰 its a nice personable touch to know our cats are having fun while we're gone. "Ciel is truly the best and perfect cat sitter...in fact, I think she is a cat whisperer! My cat, Toffee, is a highly anxious scaredy anti-social feline...and the fact the Ciel could handle with ease proves that she's a pro with cats. Ciel is very punctual with my requested two visits per day and made excellent effort at communicating with me with lots of photos and videos updates. On a couple of occasions, Toffee even made a mess with his vomit (which I felt terribly bad) and Ciel helped to clean up and turned the place spotless again. She even took the initiative to refresh the cat litter box, creating a cleaner environment for Toffee. Ciel took time to interact with Toffee and even though Toffee was hostile towards her, she did not back out and spent an even longer time to help Toffee warm up. Toffee's frequent hissing and growling did not deter Ciel to continue soothing and coaxing him, which shows her incredible patience and brilliant cat behavioural knowledge. I would not hesitate to rehire Ciel as my cat sitter when I leave the country next because I know Toffee will be in good hands. Thank you once again, Ciel!"

"Nurul has been beyond dedicated in taking care of my cats! I could really tell that she loved my cats the same way she would her own cats. She is very gentle and is able to read cats' body language and give them space as and when needed. While other sitters could only deal with 2 cat lumps under my sofa for the most part during my trips, Nurul was able to win my skittish cats' trust (and even love) and get them to be out in the living room open space to play, eat and get brushed. My cats are so relaxed around her, they even offered her belly and butt compliments! In addition, Nurul treats my house like her own (in a positive way). She would help arrange back my blankets that my cats kicked off the bed, clean and fluff up my cushions after my cats vomited on the sofa and wipe off any stray poop or vomit on the floor. At the end of each visit, she would inform me of the condition of my cats' poop and pee, the amount of food they ate and how the cats are in general that day. Her daily updates were a pleasure to read! I am 101% sure that Nurul was the right sitter for my cats! Would highly recommend for pawrents with skittish cats and I will definitely engage her again for my future trips! "
