"I had an amazing experience with Diyana as my pet sitter while I was away in the USA. She took care of my two British Shorthairs, Cottons and Cushions, for a week, and I couldn't have asked for a more reliable and thoughtful caretaker.
Not only did she handle all the essential tasksâlike feeding them wet food, clearing their litter, and ensuring they were comfortableâbut she also readily took on ad-hoc requests, such as resetting my pet cam. She went above and beyond by sending me daily updates with comprehensive pictures and videos, which gave me great peace of mind.
What truly sets Diyana apart is how much she genuinely engaged with my cats. She played with them extensively, ensuring they were happy and entertained, rather than just doing the bare minimum. On top of that, she took initiative beyond pet care by helping tidy up the house, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.

"I was a 1st timer leaving my cat for a 2 week holiday, needless to say I was worried. However, having Riz as my cat sitter had given me a peace of mind. Riz is responsive, meticulous, dependable, punctual and hard working cat sitter. My family and I were so glad to have Riz as our cat sitter to take care of our 6 month old kitten. "Yao and Kelvin are very friendly and nice people, when I travel they come to take care of our three babies. They will watch the cat very carefully, like how many food they eat and water they drink, also give good suggestions. Most of the time they stay and play with them more then one hour, and send very nice photos and videos, like a professional photographer! I am very happy to have Yao and Kelvin to help us to take of our cats, highly recommend!!!"

"Mr Hans is the kind of cat sitter you want to book over and over again. From the meet & greet to the assignment of taking care of your pets, he was always committed and professional to stay attentive to my furry pets. He always sent great photos and videos updates when he was taking care of my pets.
The kids warmed up to him fast and his natural parental instincts and love for cats really helped to ensure my pets resonate with him well with trust and connection. He was very responsible to ensure the kids stay entertained with catch play and he would also ensure the environment stayed clean for the kids whilst you are away.

"Clarris has been such a gem, taking care of our two furbabies for the past 8 days. Her love and patience in caring for them shone through evidently in her actions, especially when one of them had diarrhoea and she looked after him like it would her own furbaby and home. She spent time every day playing with them ensuring they get adequate exercise (without my asking her to do so). I am also grateful that she was available at such a last minute notice, as I had another two pawsitters cancelled on me due to the peak holiday season. She truly brought peace of mind to me and my family and we could happily and thoroughly enjoy our vacation knowing our two furbabies are in good hands. She visited my home for five days to care for my Labrador and cat, and even before starting the job, she made an effort to thoroughly understand all the necessary details through a preliminary visit. "Mariko's profile is accurate, she really is a dog whisperer who instantly connected with my 4 year old Chow Chow! After using pawshake for 4 years, I have finally found a proper, highly disciplined, trust worthy, reliable, loving and consistent care taker for my fur pal. Mariko went above and beyond her duties in taking care of my Chow, gave him Japanese strawberries, mangoes, and raspberry treats. She spent a lot of extra time and effort to look after him and train him the right way! My Chow is finally at peace and happy with his care taker when I am away, not only that - he gets to go to all sorts of nice places to hang out and meet new pals. "Nina is a perfect dog and house sitter. She just finished up an extended house / dog sitting stay at my landed house. She gave regular updates and photos of the dogs, just enough to know they were safe and taken care of, but not too many to be overbearing. I have 2 older, but still medium energy, big dogs and she had no problems with their walks (twice a day) and meds. She is also very flexible with scheduling.
I felt completely comfortable with her in my house. She even asked before bringing a friend over for a movie night (which of course was a yes).
I arrived home after nearly two weeks to a completely clean, well kept house and two happy, healthy dogs (and plants).
My only hesitation recommending Nina is that she might be busy with another client next time I need to travel. :) I will 100% be reaching out to her again.

"Lyra is an amazing sitter. She is very communicative, kind, responsible, and sensible. This was the first time I left my two cats alone for more than 2 weeks. Initially, I was very worried, but after a few days, I felt completely at ease because I knew Lyra was taking very good care of my babies. My older one is a very shy cat. He came out of his cave after one week, and I could see he was very happy to be around Lyra. My little one is a cheeky and playful cat and he totally loved Lyra from day 1.
Lyra had made sure my cats were happy and she paid attention to their different personalities. She also sent me daily photos and videos and answered my questions. "From the very beginning, communication with Sze Ping was smooth and easy.
I was a bit nervous about hiring a pet sitter as it was the first time (when we were living in Belgium, our friends used to take care of our cats).
Sze Ping visited our place before we left for holidays, so that we could show him around and introduce him to our kitties. It also made me more comfortable to meet him in person as I could see that he was very reliable and a cat lover.
