Val was an amazing sitter! She took excellent care of my cats while I was away for 9 days and sent me photos and videos every day. In the past, when I boarded my cats elsewhere, they would come home acting differently. But this time, thanks to Val, they were their usual selves when I returned. She even kept my home clean and tidy. I highly recommend her as a cat sitter!"

"Nickole is a great pet sitter. During the meet and greet, she asked alot of great questions which indicated she really knew what she was doing. Extra peace of mind because she also cares for an FIV cat, meaning she would be able to spot any changes in my cat if he had any flare ups.
She always kept up with photos and videos, and did her utmost to get my antisocial cat to warm up to her. She would stay a bit longer to give them some playtime and extra cuddles. Watching those videos while on holiday just really made me feel less crap of a pet parent.
She also was able to help water my more needy plants, which is great because I typically lose plants when I travel. All have survived! I would 100% ask Nickole to look after my kitties on the next trip. "

"I had a great experience with May while she cared for my cat, Taobao. She was attentive, responsible, and clearly love animals. Taobao can be a little shy, but May was gentle and patient, and I could tell he felt comfortable and well cared for. "Yao and Kelvin are very friendly and nice people, when I travel they come to take care of our three babies. They will watch the cat very carefully, like how many food they eat and water they drink, also give good suggestions. Most of the time they stay and play with them more then one hour, and send very nice photos and videos, like a professional photographer! I am very happy to have Yao and Kelvin to help us to take of our cats, highly recommend!!!"

"Hana was absolutely wonderful, literally couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter. She was extremely attentive and very observant. She would notice the smallest shifts or changes and let me know asap and she’d always offer potential solutions for me too! I think she’s probably the best pet sitter i’ve hired on this platform. My cat Jamal absolutely loved her as well. Hana was so gentle and i can tell that she’s a genuine animal lover. Her care and the way she handled my cat was just above and beyond. I am DEFINITELY going to contact her again when i’m out of town. Hana is just a genuinely nice person, not just to animals! 100/100 would recommend!!! The absolute best. "

From the meet & greet to the assignment of taking care of your pets, he was always committed and professional to stay attentive to my furry pets. He always sent great photos and videos updates when he was taking care of my pets.
The kids warmed up to him fast and his natural parental instincts and love for cats really helped to ensure my pets resonate with him well with trust and connection.
