"Yao and Kelvin are very friendly and nice people, when I travel they come to take care of our three babies. They will watch the cat very carefully, like how many food they eat and water they drink, also give good suggestions. Most of the time they stay and play with them more then one hour, and send very nice photos and videos, like a professional photographer! I am very happy to have Yao and Kelvin to help us to take of our cats, highly recommend!!!"

"I couldn’t recommend Michael enough! I really appreciated that he arranged a meet-up the day before so Pancho could get to know him first. He also asked a lot of thoughtful questions about Pancho, including how he is with other dogs, whether he picks things up from the floor, and what I wanted from the walk, such as making sure Pancho pees and poops before coming back.
It made me feel very comfortable knowing that he really pays attention and cares. He also kept me updated with photos throughout, which I really appreciated. I will definitely ask him to help with Pancho again in the future!"

"Five stars across all fronts for Val! She is attentive to the cats and would observe their appetite & pee/poo, then update us daily! She understands this is a key indicator to their well being which is most important while we were away for weeks. Val would also try to engage the cats. Offering to brush their fur and play with them. She also keeps the house very neat and tidy. The cat toilets were spotless! We have been so lucky to find Val to take care of Coco & Mochi. "From the very beginning, communication with Sze Ping was smooth and easy.
I was a bit nervous about hiring a pet sitter as it was the first time (when we were living in Belgium, our friends used to take care of our cats).
Sze Ping visited our place before we left for holidays, so that we could show him around and introduce him to our kitties. It also made me more comfortable to meet him in person as I could see that he was very reliable and a cat lover.
