"Natasha was wonderful with my two cats while I was away. It was my first time leaving them with a sitter, so I really appreciated how communicative and attentive she was throughout.
Beyond taking care of the essentials, she took the time to actually get to know their little quirks and routines. She noticed how differently they ate, helped one of them with his slow feeder, spent time playing with them, and would always let me know how they were doing and what kind of mood they were in.
She was also incredibly thoughtful around the apartment, cleaning up after them and flagging anything unusual she noticed without me having to ask. I came home to two very happy, well-looked-after boys and a home that had clearly been cared for too.
Most importantly, I felt completely at ease knowing they were with someone who was paying attention and genuinely cared about them. I’d happily have Natasha look after them again and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful and reliable cat sitter. "

"The best pet sitter I have ever met! Mariko was so wonderful with our Boomer! He was so well taken care of. She went out of her way to take care of him. She made every effort and spared none to make sure Boomer walked well and didn’t feel lonely. Also she made sure to communicate after each walk and let me know his conditions. "Hana was absolutely wonderful, literally couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter. She was extremely attentive and very observant. She would notice the smallest shifts or changes and let me know asap and she’d always offer potential solutions for me too! I think she’s probably the best pet sitter i’ve hired on this platform. My cat Jamal absolutely loved her as well. Hana was so gentle and i can tell that she’s a genuine animal lover. Her care and the way she handled my cat was just above and beyond. I am DEFINITELY going to contact her again when i’m out of town. Hana is just a genuinely nice person, not just to animals! 100/100 would recommend!!! The absolute best. "

"Kia Qi has been an amazing cat sitter for Smokey! She is incredibly patient, genuinely loves cats, and always goes above and beyond. She never just drops by to feed and leave—instead, she spends extra time playing and keeping Smokey company, which gives me so much peace of mind when I’m away.
One of my favorite things is that she always shares lots of adorable photos and fun videos of Smokey, so I never feel like I’m missing out. It’s obvious that she truly cares about every cat she looks after and treats them like her own.

"Mr Hans is the kind of cat sitter you want to book over and over again. From the meet & greet to the assignment of taking care of your pets, he was always committed and professional to stay attentive to my furry pets. He always sent great photos and videos updates when he was taking care of my pets.
The kids warmed up to him fast and his natural parental instincts and love for cats really helped to ensure my pets resonate with him well with trust and connection. He was very responsible to ensure the kids stay entertained with catch play and he would also ensure the environment stayed clean for the kids whilst you are away.

"I couldn’t recommend Michael enough! I really appreciated that he arranged a meet-up the day before so Pancho could get to know him first. He also asked a lot of thoughtful questions about Pancho, including how he is with other dogs, whether he picks things up from the floor, and what I wanted from the walk, such as making sure Pancho pees and poops before coming back.
It made me feel very comfortable knowing that he really pays attention and cares. He also kept me updated with photos throughout, which I really appreciated. I will definitely ask him to help with Pancho again in the future!"

"Lyra is an amazing sitter. She is very communicative, kind, responsible, and sensible. This was the first time I left my two cats alone for more than 2 weeks. Initially, I was very worried, but after a few days, I felt completely at ease because I knew Lyra was taking very good care of my babies. My older one is a very shy cat. He came out of his cave after one week, and I could see he was very happy to be around Lyra. My little one is a cheeky and playful cat and he totally loved Lyra from day 1.
Lyra had made sure my cats were happy and she paid attention to their different personalities. She also sent me daily photos and videos and answered my questions. "Five stars across all fronts for Val! She is attentive to the cats and would observe their appetite & pee/poo, then update us daily! She understands this is a key indicator to their well being which is most important while we were away for weeks. Val would also try to engage the cats. Offering to brush their fur and play with them. She also keeps the house very neat and tidy. The cat toilets were spotless! We have been so lucky to find Val to take care of Coco & Mochi. "From the very beginning, communication with Sze Ping was smooth and easy.
I was a bit nervous about hiring a pet sitter as it was the first time (when we were living in Belgium, our friends used to take care of our cats).
Sze Ping visited our place before we left for holidays, so that we could show him around and introduce him to our kitties. It also made me more comfortable to meet him in person as I could see that he was very reliable and a cat lover.
