"MING IS THE BEST CAT SITTER AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER TO ANY CAT OWNER! I read all her wonderful reviews on Pawshake and decided to reach out to her and I must say, the reviews are completely accurate! I was stressed and worried about finding a reliable cat sitter for my recent 2 week trip. Ming gave me an absolute peace of mind to travel as I knew my cats were well taken care of. Ming is a genuine animal lover and both my cats love her (even my grumpy senior cat)! Ming is knowledgeable regarding cat behaviour, diets and even medical conditions. She is very observant and will pick up and highlight abnormal symptoms (e.g. drinking more water, vomiting etc) to me. She kept my home very clean and also went above and beyond to help wash a rug which my cat vomited on and also laid a protective plastic sheet on the bed after my cat vomited on the duvet. Ming sends regularly daily updates (photos and videos) and is very responsive with messages. Ming is my forever go to cat sitter from now on and my cats and I are very grateful for her! She is dearly missed by both my cats! "

"Mr Hans is the kind of cat sitter you want to book over and over again. From the meet & greet to the assignment of taking care of your pets, he was always committed and professional to stay attentive to my furry pets. He always sent great photos and videos updates when he was taking care of my pets.
The kids warmed up to him fast and his natural parental instincts and love for cats really helped to ensure my pets resonate with him well with trust and connection. He was very responsible to ensure the kids stay entertained with catch play and he would also ensure the environment stayed clean for the kids whilst you are away.

"Jennie took such wonderful care of my pets and treated them with genuine love. She visited my home for five days to care for my Labrador and cat, and even before starting the job, she made an effort to thoroughly understand all the necessary details through a preliminary visit. During her time with my pets, she was incredibly attentive, going above and beyond to consider things I hadn't even mentioned. She was always punctual and never missed a visit. Whenever she noticed anything unusual with my pets, she immediately contacted me and handled the situation with great care. After each visit, she updated me via WhatsApp with photos, videos, and detailed reports on their well-being. When I returned from my trip, my pets were not only happy and healthy but even seemed better than when I was home—LOL! After using pawshake for 4 years, I have finally found a proper, highly disciplined, trust worthy, reliable, loving and consistent care taker for my fur pal. Mariko went above and beyond her duties in taking care of my Chow, gave him Japanese strawberries, mangoes, and raspberry treats. She spent a lot of extra time and effort to look after him and train him the right way! "A special thanks to Beth for taking excellent care of our four cat babies for two weeks! They have a fairly complicated regime with different diets, medication and two cats that needs to be kept separated from one another. "From the very beginning, communication with Sze Ping was smooth and easy.
I was a bit nervous about hiring a pet sitter as it was the first time (when we were living in Belgium, our friends used to take care of our cats).
Sze Ping visited our place before we left for holidays, so that we could show him around and introduce him to our kitties. It also made me more comfortable to meet him in person as I could see that he was very reliable and a cat lover.
He took good care of them while we were away, sending me pictures every day... It was great to know that my cats were in good hands while we were so far away for so long!
