"Tiffany did a great job looking after our cats while we were away!
One of our cats had a bad asthma episode shortly before we left, and we had to ask Tiffany to do additional work - adding medication to his food and administering an inhaler. She did a great job of this and even sent videos to give us peace of mind.
She also sent updates twice daily after each visit, with photos/videos - our cats seemed to like her! Cats seemed great when we got back, and litter and water were well looked after.
Overall would highly recommend Tiffany. For us the additional care and communication she provided enabled us to enjoy our holiday without anxiety.

"I had a great, seamless experience with Andrea! From the initial booking, to briefing and actual cat sitting, the communication was always great. She provided so many cute photos and videos during and after each visit, it gave us a peace of mind whilst we were away. She was excellent in each step of the care - from feeding, cleaning, and playing with our cat, to helping with some light housekeeping needs like the aircon and dehumidifier. "Gee is an amazing cat sitter and we couldn’t be happier with her!
She took excellent care of our two cats and kept us constantly updated with messages, photos, and videos, which really gave us peace of mind while we were away. She always made sure they had fresh water, a clean litter box, and spent time playing with them. She even took care of cleaning up the little messes our cats made during our absence. "Shu Qi took care of 3 cats for 8 days. She was amazing! She was punctual during the window of time range given to her. She took instructions really well and even helped to troubleshoot certain home related matters. She sent daily updates on the cats, ensuring they are well fed and protected.

"Wei is an extraordinary cat sitter and an exceptional person. Our cat took to Wei straight away. Communication was a pleasure and great photos and videos plentiful. Wei sat for our cat for 16 days including the Christmas and New Year period. "This is my first time using Pawshake and was abit nervous but Emily went above and beyond to take care of potato (my senior dog)!! When she first arrived, she notified me immediately that my dog had peed on the floor and there was a bit of blood. She helped to take photos and cleared everything promptly! This allowed me to quickly arrange a vet appointment at night with photos for the vet.
Potato is also not the most friendly with strangers but Emily was able to make her feel comfortable. She would also send updates with photos and videos of her playing with potato and updated me on her health ☺️ Thanks to her detailed eye, I was able to catch that potato had UTI and was able to quickly get it treated that day. Would highly recommend Emily to anyone else looking for a sitter and would be sure to pick her as potato’s sitter again (:"

Ash was an absolute blessing all throughout, dropping in twice a day with diligent updates and providing the utmost care for our dearest furbaby. She quickly gave us the peace of mind to enjoy our vacation without any worries.

"We used to send our cats for boarding when we were away. After 3+ years of not travelling due to Covid, we were worried that our 2 cats won’t be used to being in a foreign environment, plus we were going away for around 2 weeks and thus decided to try out a cat sitter instead.
We engaged Sophia to come by twice a day to care for our cats. She was highly responsive from the get-go. She had a specific time schedule listed on her profile so we texted to ask if she could accommodate our needs and she replied fast on all the dates that she needed to be earlier/later than usual.
What we really appreciate about Sophia is her clear and detailed communication as well as her patience and care for our cats. We were also glad for the many pictures and videos she sent to us in her updates.
She was very patient with our scaredy cat and he trusted her enough to ask for pets and love after around 4 days.
Our second cat tends to over-lick when anxious and he stopped doing that after a few days. By the time we came back, new fur had started growing over the initial over-licked and bare patches. This really shows how comfortable my cats were with Sophia!
We are very satisfied with Sophia and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a cat sitter! We can confidently travel more now that we found someone that we trust with our home and our cats =D
