During my internship, I gained experience as a canine trainer, enabling me to comprehend the significance of specific behaviors animals exhibit and how our responses, such as loud noises, high-pitched voices, sudden movements, etc., can greatly influence their reactions. These nuanced observations become apparent as I spend more time with individual animals, allowing me to tailor a well-suited experience that caters to their unique needs. I have also interacted with rescue dogs before to mainly understand their temperaments and catering to their reactions even to subtle noises.
I have no issues in regards to vaccination but do let me know so that I can keep that in mine as well when pet sitting

Hi I'm Su and have been a dog mom for 4+ years and also walked my friends' dogs (many who have been rescues with particular issues). Absolutely love dogs, cats, and all animals and would love to meet and help you with your pet. I'm new to the platform but not new to dogs so just drop me a message if you have any questions!
I have a Jack Russell Patterdale X (Bean) whom I adopted when she was 8 years old. We've been together a long time now (4+ years) where I've been her sole carer, living on my own, so I can appreciate what your needs may be.&nbsp;
No professional qualifications but I've looked after my dog single handedly (and she's had a few issues where I've had to dispense medication) and also been around and walked rescues who have particular issues re reactiity to dogs and humans (I have a close friend who rescues dogs).

My first sitting experience was in 2011 where I cared for a female maltese for a week (then aged 8). Through that experience, I discovered my love for caring for dogs and that it is of the utmost important that owners and the dogs trust me. My most recent sitting experience was a shiba inu (then aged 3) where I cared for him for 5 days. I recently walked an old english sheepdog in 2022 - early 2023. hi! I'm sharmaine, just graduated from the field of healthcare and am currently waiting for my job to start in february! I've just come back from Melbourne where I did my uni and during my time there, I was walking a lovely border collie (shown in pics) everyday from may till nov! I've also dog sat a cockapoo when he was a 10w old puppy in June till nov once in awhile. friends have also left their doggos w me when they intended to travel! currently dog sitting an 8 month old toy poodle at home now but he will be leaving on 3 jan 2022

The services I would offer include dog walking and home visits. I am happy to take your dog for a walk from your house for 30 to 1h, and I’m happy to dog sit your dog at your place (home visit). The price for dog walks would depend on the duration as well - 30 minutes for $20 and 1 hour for $28 for one dog. I can offer up to 2 walks per day and happy to walk 1 to 2 dogs at a time. i m happy with any size or age of dogs but I would appreciate if you could tell me some of their quirks that I should be aware of just so that I can work my way around it. ideally, I would prefer vaccinated dogs! Would appreciate if there was good communication between us! I'm currently on a break so will be doing this job casually, hence my time is more flexible and I would be able to spend more time w your dog if needed. I would be free everyday from morning till night except weekend nights. I work in the finance industry and I have the flexibility of working remotely at my own scheduled hours.

I am available on most days and nights. I am able to travel to most of the locations in Singapore. I have experiences taking care of puppies as well as the older dogs. 

I consider myself more than just a dog lover as I intend to have my own dog(s) in the future. I have a year of experience living together with my aunt's dog. 

Before I decide to get one myself, I would like to get used to the routine of taking care of them. This is how my dog-sitting journey begins! I enjoy spending time with dogs. Playing with them is second nature to me!

I chanced upon my first dog-sitting opportunity while my friends were overseas. It was a last minute notice but I was glad that their dog was not left unattended for too long. I've also helped to re-home a newborn stray puppy while I was travelling in Bali. 

If you are worried that there's no one to take care of your cute little angels while you are away, I am happy to take care of them for you. 

At the moment, I can do home-visits, dog walking and house sitting. For dog walks, I would usually bring the dogs to areas with grass for their potty-breaks. The duration ranges from 25 - 45mins. Ideally, I always try to walk them back only after they are done with their toilet business. After the walks, I do simple wipes on their body and paws to keep them clean in the house. For home visits, I am able to stay for extended hours if it's required. I only ask for sufficient food to be provided for your lovely fur kids. If there happens to be any specific requests, you can let me know before the assignment.
