"Pearlyn helped walk our senior golden retriever several times while we weren't able to walk her ourselves. She also helped petsit our dog, when my husband and I had to be away for a few hours. She is always very gentle and caring towards our dog and you can tell that she really cares about animals. She is also very conscious of the fact that every animal has different needs and she was very much in tune with our oldie, who has mobility issues and every day can be quite different. So she'd adapt the walks to how our dog was feeling on a particular day. Our dog seemed really relaxed in her presence and would even look forward to the walks. Will definitely have her care for our dog when we need the help again! "

"Sok Moi walked our dog, Pudding, while we were away for just over two weeks. I was anxious about whether she would get along with Pudding, but I could see, even from their first meeting, that he was comfortable with her. It was also clear she loves dogs. Family members who were at home told us that Pudding waited by the gate for her to show up each day. And she sent us several updates by text and photos, so although we were half a world away, we could see he was having a great time! She made the effort to get to know him, and acknowledged his preference for the walks to include stops at cafes and his favourite Pet Lovers Centre. I would definitely engage Sok Moi again if we need dog walking services. "

"Claudia was amazing with Pip! She’s really kind, sweet, friendly (to humans as well!) and knows how to manage a scared dog. She’s also extremely patient, made clear by the way she cared for Pip when he got spooked by a bus and wanted to hide instead of continuing his walk. Definitely recommend working with her for your doggo needs. "

"Kim took care of Koda yesterday and was absolutely wonderful. She walked him twice, kept me updated on her arrival times, and everything went smoothly from start to finish.
She was also very attentive and caring as she also took note of Koda’s poo consistency (which was a little runny) and mentioned it to me. The next day, she even followed up to check how he was feeling. That level of care and thoughtfulness is rare and showed me that she was genuinely paying attention to his wellbeing, not just taking him out for a walk.
Koda clearly enjoyed spending time with her, and I felt completely comfortable knowing he was in such good hands. Kim is reliable, communicative, and genuinely cares about the dogs she looks after. "Alden was great! Excellent communication, very accommodating to our schedule, and always on time, which is super appreciated and also shows he is respectful of our time. He takes direction well and asks very thoughtful questions. It shows he really cares. We hired him to walk and feed our dog and not only did he do that as instructed, he also showed he cares for our dog’s well being. And he made sure to give her lots of attention and pets. He really took the time and effort to get to know our dog after the walk so that he can learn how to take care of her for us in future too if needed"
