"I had an amazing experience with Ai Tong as my cat sitter.
She is truly a person with a kind heart and a deep understanding of cats. My cat Tiger has always been very shy and afraid of strangers, but slowly, he started to see her as a member of our home. That meant so much to me.
Every day, she updated me with several photos and videos, showing me that Tiger had eaten, played, and was doing well. She kept my home extremely clean — she vacuumed, changed the litter, refreshed the water, and even helped water my plants.
One thing that really touched me was when she found a bouquet of fresh flowers at my home. Instead of throwing it away, she turned it into dried flowers because she felt it was too precious to waste. That gesture meant a lot to me.
She also noticed the ant problem in my kitchen, something I’ve been very stressed about, and she even brought over some ant repellent from her own home to help me solve it. She didn’t have to do that, but she did — because she genuinely cares.
As a cat owner herself with two adopted cats, she is extremely knowledgeable about cat behavior. She even recommended healthier food and treats for Tiger, and taught me a few useful tips.
When I walked through my door after my trip, the whole home felt clean, peaceful, and well taken care of.
Thanks to Ai Tong, I was finally able to travel peacefully after many years of being afraid to leave my cat behind. She is responsible, caring, trustworthy, and absolutely wonderful with pets.
I’m so grateful to have found her.

"Jason was really nice! My cat loved the experience and really likes him, so I'll definitely book again if I'm going on a holiday.
1. Jason came over beforehand to meet my cat, and my cat took to him from the start.
2. I received many updates - both photos and videos - while I was on my trip, so I could still look at my cat when I missed him.
3. He went above and beyond and found many ways to provide enrichment and play to my cat, even when there weren't many options available in my home.
I get very anxious about leaving my cat, but on this trip, I didn't have to worry about my cat at all. He was a pampered prince while Jason was here."

"I chose Jiaying to do housesitting for my 2 cats during my 1 week holiday. And it was the best decision I have made for my cats. She did a meet and greet to meet me and the cats first. She’s a friendly girl and I can see that she loves cats. One of my cats immediately warmed up to her which was heartwarming. She followed my instructions on taking care of the cats and gives me ample updates (photos and videos) during my trip. She also helps to take care of my home. She kept the house neat and tidy while taking care of the cats. The cats adore her. How do I know? The cats slept with her at nights, either on the bed with her or just being in the same room as her.
I would highly recommend her for any cat sitting or house sitting of your pets! Thank you Jiaying for helping me look after my Myo and Simba. Will definitely look for you to house sit again for my future trips. "

"Geraldine took care of our rescued cats, Cubi and Cleo. We're so glad she was able to keep up with Cubi, which is very hyperactive! She managed to play with him very long, ensuring he was content and well-exercised. She always updated us and sent pictures/videos of their playtime. She was also patient in taking care of our more reserved cat, Cleo even though Cleo kept hiding and wouldn't engage her. In the end, Cleo opened up a little bit to her which is a big milestone!
We can't express our gratitude enough for Geraldine. Her updates and genuine concern for Cubi and Cleo while we were away brought us peace of mind. She's not just a cat sitter; she's a true cat lover, and we're lucky to have found her. We'll definitely engage her more often in the future!"
