"As a new user of Pawshake, I was hesitant on who I should hire. I saw that Faith had a few recurring owners so I took a chance. I got in touch with her 3 days before I was due to leave for a 11 day holiday. As any pet owner would feel, I was worried as I did not know Faith personally and leaving the house and the care of your loving cat was a big risk. But the risk paid off well. She could accomodate my last minute booking, able to meet up with me the day I was suppose to leave and understood all that she needed to do to take good care of my cat. She gave daily posts and videos, some even with her cat whisperer daughter. See my cat is super shy but her daughter and my cat became BFFs LOL! So for future pet owners, you can trust Faith to do a good job in making sure your cat is well taken care off. She also watered my plants as well. For sure I will be using her services in the future. Thanks Faith (and daughter)."

"It was our first time using this service and Nich has been absolutely awesome! She took care of our cat for about 10 days when we were away. Communication was easy, and she went the extra mile to make sure our cat was well taken care of and did not feel lonely. She updated us whenever necessary and really exceeded our expectations! "Danielle is a fabulous cat sitter! I can't say enough good things about her 😊 she was very detailed and meticulous when she first came to visit making sure to take notes for all that I've requested for her to follow up with. Just days before my trip, one of my kittens Milo got an ear infection and needed to be fed antibiotics and put ear medication. She was very very good with her and managed to give medication twice a day. Danielle also took time to help me physically check the other cats and cleaned out their ears. The kittens warmed up to her the first day she was at my place and ate very well - even better than when I was around 😁 she also kept the litter box area very clean and tidy and just left my place slick and span. Danielle sent many photos / videos daily giving a detailed account of what was done and how the kids were doing and this was very reassuring and allowed me to have a fuss free trip. She bought treats with the extra payment I gave her and also took time to play with the kids daily when she was there. She took such good care of them that I have a strange feeling they are missing Danielle already 😂 thank you for your patience and care for the kids! Highly recommended! "

"Pamela is an emphatic and experienced pet sitter. She was very kind and loving to my elderly cat of 18 years. Her years of experience with nursing and caring for animals clearly showed in the way she was able to give my cat sub-cut injections and oral medications. In addition, Pamela was very understanding when we had to cut our trip short and did not need her service for the stipulated period, and even advised that we communicate this to Paw Shake so that we pay only for the service rendered. We are so grateful to have found Pamela and will definitely like for her to care for our cat again in future. Thank you so much for the good job."

"Cathy was awesome and took great care of my cats (and plants), she went the extra mile by coming down physically to my home for a meet-and-greet to get acquainted. They are usually quite skittish but took to Cathy very quickly, which is testament to the way she took care of them. She was also very proactive in keeping us updated with their feedings and pictures, at no point during my holiday did I feel worried that my cats would be lacking in food or interaction.
For sure will be engaging her again for my next trip out of town :)"

"This is my first time engaging a pet sitter. Usually I send my cats to boarding, but my travel arrangements changed last minute. I contacted Jerlyn after reading her profile and reviews. I need a sitter who can come twice a day and comfortable in administering oral medications. In the initial communication, I gave Jerlyn the background on my cats and outlined things that are important to me. Jerlyn addressed all my concerns and after exchanging several messages she came over for a meet and greet. I felt assured after our meeting that Jerlyn will be able to look after my cats, in particular administering oral medications. Jerlyn sent updates on the cats’ food intake, litter boxes, and meds together with videos and photos in each visit. After a few days my cats (who are scared of strangers) started warming up to her and she spent some time to give them cuddles and play with them, which I appreciate. I also had to extend my travel and was grateful that Jerlyn was flexible enough to accept my extension. Highly recommended and will look to engage Jerlyn again for my next travel. "

"Katrina was a heaven send for us while we were away on this long 15 day trip
She kept us updated daily with photos and videos of our cats and she stayed past an hour each visit to play with them as well.
Can tell that the cats loved her as well after the initial warm up period.
She helped above and beyond the necessary we would expect
We could travel at ease knowing that our pets are well looked after and entertained in our absence.
