"From the first time we met Kelvin he asked insightful questions about taking care of Eve and was really friendly with her.
Secondly, our family had some last minute emergencies and Kelvin stepped in to offer above and beyond assistance with Eve.
It put our mind at ease knowing she was so well taken care of.
We got daily photos and quick responses via WhatsApp.
We would work with Kelvin again and highly recommend him."

"Sok Moi walked our dog, Pudding, while we were away for just over two weeks. I was anxious about whether she would get along with Pudding, but I could see, even from their first meeting, that he was comfortable with her. It was also clear she loves dogs. Family members who were at home told us that Pudding waited by the gate for her to show up each day. And she sent us several updates by text and photos, so although we were half a world away, we could see he was having a great time! She made the effort to get to know him, and acknowledged his preference for the walks to include stops at cafes and his favourite Pet Lovers Centre. I would definitely engage Sok Moi again if we need dog walking services. "

"Claudia was amazing with Pip! She’s really kind, sweet, friendly (to humans as well!) and knows how to manage a scared dog. She’s also extremely patient, made clear by the way she cared for Pip when he got spooked by a bus and wanted to hide instead of continuing his walk. "We contacted Isabel to help walk our Singapore special, Sophie, and couldn't be happier with the results. Isabel was quick to respond to my message on Pawshake and we easily set up the first meeting. Sophie normally isn't too fussed on strangers but Isabel clearly has plenty of experience with specials and eased into the situation by simply sitting with Sophie while we talked over the details of the walk.
The first thing which strikes you when meeting Isabel is how genuine her love for animals is - she sincerely enjoyed meeting Sophie. She has an extremely affable personality. Very easy to talk with and communicates what she can help with and how she can replicate the walk routine as best possible.
Isabel was sure to keep us up to date with how the walk went with some very cute photos and videos which we really appreciated! I would highly recommend Isabel to anyone needing a reliable person for their dog in the east side area. We will obviously be contacting Isabel again when we travel next time :) "
