"Risa and her family's attentive communication really helped ease our concerns about leaving our dog with someone new. She carefully confirmed our preferences in advance and kept us updated during daycare to let us know our dog was comfortable. We also felt reassured by the way she paid close attention to safety. "Jes was very professional! Her experience stands out! She enquired of my pet habits before our daycare. She was reassuring on on the day itself, sending me many photos and videos, as well as updating on my pet's behaviour. Her house is super clean, even though there were 2 other dogs around and she doesn't have a maid. I'm also thankful for her flexibility in accommodating my time. She also shared some tips on how to make a new pet in the house more welcome. Jes is trully God sent when I need someone i can trust to care for my pet when I'm not around."

"We had such a wonderful experience with Jeremy & Lynn, and we couldn’t be happier with the care they provided for our golden retriever, Ergou! From the very beginning, they were incredibly friendly, responsive, and professional, which gave us great peace of mind.
Ergou is usually quite attached to us, but he absolutely loved staying with them. It was clear that Jeremy & Lynn treated him like their own dog — with so much patience, attention, and genuine affection. They kept us updated throughout the day with messages and photos, which we really appreciated. Seeing Ergou so relaxed, happy, and well cared for made us feel completely at ease.
What impressed us the most was how comfortable Ergou became in their home. When it was time to pick him up, he honestly didn’t even seem like he wanted to leave — which says everything! It’s rare to find caregivers who can make a dog feel that safe and loved in such a short time.
Their home environment is also very clean, safe, and dog-friendly, and you can tell they have lots of experience handling dogs. Whether it’s for daycare or boarding, they go above and beyond to ensure every dog is happy and well looked after.
We are extremely grateful to have found Jeremy & Lynn, and we will definitely continue to choose them in the future — for both daycare and boarding. Highly, highly recommended to anyone looking for trustworthy and loving pet sitters!"

"Jasmine and hubby were very friendly and approachable during the meet and greet. They allowed Cola to take his time to get accustomed to their place.
Cola had anxiety issues and Jasmine was also very prompt with her updates. Even when it was impossible for Cola to continue his stay, Jasmine helped to reach out to other boarders and settled Cola in his new accomodation.
Cola had strict diet due to his skin problems. Jasmine requested a list of instructions so that she can follow closely. She even helped to seek advice from other dog owners what diet will be suitable for Cola so that he can cease his medication.
Thank you both for your attentiveness and care to Cola. Really appreciate it!"

Melissa and her husband were incredibly accommodating and thoughtful from the very beginning. They even arranged a meetup before the actual daycare day so Jojo could get familiar with the environment, smells, and feel more comfortable settling in.
